The worker Jon was the best... I recommend him to anybody he really gets the job done.... He was very patient and made sure we was truly satisfied b4 leaving the store... So if u stop by the T-Mobile on 600 C Greenville BLVD go to him he's a true BEAST.....

Best customer service in a phone store, hands down!!! My family of five was upgrading phones and plans. Bridgett was awesome in getting the best possible plan for us, even calling the T-Mobile powers-that-be 3 separate times to make sure we kept our previous discounts. Then Myles was an absolute delight to work with as he helped us set up the new phones. Both employees were knowledgeable, kind, and seemed to honestly not mind spending several hours with our family to get us all set up. Highly recommend this Greenville store!

My husband and I have been talking about switching to T-Mobile for a while. And I’m glad we did! The atmosphere was great! Jon was an amazing sales rep and answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our phones and contract. And he even reached back out to us a few days later to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. It was an overall great experience and I will always ask for Jon when we visit!

I had another mobile service and they weren’t all that great, so gave T-Mobile a try. I must say they didn’t disappoint. The service was great, no complaints! The T-Mobile store those reps are awesome and very pleasant. Whenever I called customer support for any questions or concerns they ALL were polite, professional, caring, trustworthy, that says a lot for a company providing a service. The service so great I had to add on another line for my son. You can customize your additional add-ons according to your family and lifestyle…. I love it!! Thank you T-Mobile!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this T-mobile! I went during the busiest time of the holidays, yet still felt very attended to. My wait time was no more than 10 minutes. The store employee, Josh, was immensely helpful and I cannot thank him enough for his wonderful service.

On 11/18/23 we decided to change our cellphone carrier, and went to T-Mobile. Clayton Brown did an excellent job helping us.. He listened to all our needs and quickly helped us identify a plan that was within our budget and provide two new phones which we really needed. He was efficient, thorough, and just a pleasure to deal with. I also had contact with Chellsie online in Technical Support, to set up a feature on my plan. She was great, too. Very impressed with T-Mobile and their personnel so far!!

I had to get a replacement phone due to my klutziness. Despite the fact that my then current phone couldn't be relied on to effectively do anything, Jon was able to troubleshoot it and find a way to get most of my old info transferred on to the new phone relatively fast. The entire process was easy. I highly recommend this location and Jon in particular. He does his best to make sure you get what you need and to get you set up and on your way.

My husband and I switched our service from Verizon to Tmobile and had great help from Jon! He was personable and hardworking and has kept up with us since, making sure our devices and service are treating us well! I’m so glad we lucked up and got him to help us initially!

Jon has to be the most patient person I’ve met in a long time. He showed that good customer service is still possible. Tmobile almost lost me as a customer due to online experience. I will definitely tell family and friends about him. Thanks so much!!!

I came into T-Mobile to upgrade my phone and once I walked in I was immediately assisted by Jon. I could honestly say that Jon displayed the upmost best customer service! He was able to answer all of my questions, provided me the best options, and made it an easy and fast process. He was patient with me and even reached out the following day to see if everything was going well with the new phone. If you need assistance at T-Mobile, Jon’s the guy!

I Went into the store on Friday 09/15/2023 Everyone was super helpful and friendly! 10/10 service. Was greeted soon as I walked in. I purchased a iPhone 14 pro max. I received EXCELLENT help from Bridgett. She answered all the questions I had and even broke everything down step by step for me. I appreciate her for that! Along with everyone else that worked that day. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to check their store out. Thank you again!

Myles was very helpful, my Google Pixel 6 just stopped recognizing my sim card, Myles trouble shot my phone trying to save me money, and when that didn't work, he helped me pick a new phone. The staff was super friendly and took good care of me.

Clayton was extremely helpful and had a great personality. We talked and were able to have a good conversation while he helped me faster than any other T-mobile employee. Much appreciated!!!

First of all, let me start off with saying Jon is absolutely amazing. We switch from US Cellular. He has called me several times checking on our Internet. And we were so pleased with the Internet we switched our phone lines. He has called us to check it on it. Make sure we’re pleased with the service. Hands-down T-Mobile is the best.Best decision made.

We tried to port our number to our new phone and were with the customer rep on the phone for over an hour. We went to this store and Bridgett fixed our issue in 5 minutes. She is awesome and the store staffs were very welcoming.

I want to give a special shout out to the young gentleman that helped me and my dad! His name was Miles. He was very helpful and took care of everything that we needed. He gave us great customer service! He works at the T-Mobile off of Greenville Boulevard in Greenville North Carolina.

Jon was amazing! He help with everything I needed to upgrade my phone! And explain everything to expect with the upcoming bill! He also have been following up with me to make sure everything is going well with my new phone! I really appreciate Jon great customer service!

Bridgett Best was absolutely great! set up my 3rd line upgrade with a breeze, talked to me throughout the whole transaction, with me being in sales this is what i love to see. T-mobile is the best!

My daughter and I went to the store to pay my bill, yet had a question about the bill, the lovely lady Emely 😁 extremely nice, explained everything to me in full detail on my question, very helpful, very satisfied with my experience, communication and service was top tier!! Ask for Emely!
