The rep at the store was super friendly, kind and professional! I wish I had gotten her name, she is a gem. Also, repair is perfect. Super easy process and fast turn around for my screen replacement (phone carrier insurance claim).

A special thanks to the team over at uBreakiFix off Mexico Rd & Hwy K. They got me in last min on a holiday weekend (Saturday @5:00pm/13:00) to fix my horribly shattered phone screen that had loss of touch ability and had it fixed in under 30 min. Y’all are amazing! Thank you for your service you provided me so I didn’t lose my mind this weekend.

I am rating 5 stars based upon my most recent experience on Tuesday, 5.28.24. I dealt with Eric and found he was most helpful.

Background: I had purchased an open box Pixel 6a from eBay about 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago I noticed it sounded odd; the sound was very quiet and sounded tiny. On YouTube videos and podcasts it was not terribly noticeable -- but listening to the ringtones made it clear. 8 had no idea what could be wrong The phone had not been dropped or prodded; it had always been in a case -- whether UAG, Spigen, or Poetic, yet the speaker seemed damaged. Turns out the phone was now out of warranty for 6 weeks. Bummer. I checked with the Google Store to get a repair / replace estimate and was quoted $115. Fine. Sent my phone off, only to hear back that Google claims they found additional connectivity issues (which I have never encountered in my use) and the repair cost from the Google Store for their own Pixel 6a was now $350. Yes $350. For a refurbished phone. Amazon presently sells brand new devices for $300! I refused the charge and they sent my phone back. I reached out to Google to see if they could cut me a deal, but they wouldn't budge on the $350 price. They did send me a 20% coupon for a new phone that I could use on a Pixel 8a, which I considered doing next month.

However, I had one more shot -- check uBreakiFix to see their prices. I was skeptical, but what did I have to lose? Nothing, really. So I explained the situation to Eric and dropped off the phone. Then, a mere 2 hours later, Eric called me to tell me that they fixed my phone! The speaker was just severely packed full of gunk that was severely muffling the sound. He gave it a deep cleaning, and that fixed it. He also mentioned that there was NO CHARGE! 😀

Google said the phone would cost a crazy amount to repair/replace. But it only took uBreakiFix a few hours to fix something as simple as cleaning the bee speaker grill. I am very grateful to Eric and uBreakiFix. We have been there before for issues and will return again. Again, 5 stars.

Wow! What a friendly & knowledgeable group at this location! My screen had cracked and it was such a seamless experience that I was dreading at first. I dropped it off and was able to pick it up in maybe an hour and a half! I would definitely recommend this place!

The store called me before the appointment to make sure they knew what the issue was and had the right parts for the phone. Since I live 30 mins away I really appreciated that so I didn't drive for nothing. They were able to fix my son's screen within 2 hours even with a high workload, which they let me know of ahead of time. I also appreciated the honesty on anticipated timing. They were professional and kind. Will go back the next time he breaks his screen....there will be a next time I'm sure 😂

Good service starts with carrying people and you will certainly find both here. They have fixed my son's phone multiple times at a very reasonable price and I have witnessed them offering a helping hand to customers in need and asking for nothing in return. This is something that you simply do not see today. Most companies won't even give you the time of day for free. Obviously they can't do everything free . You can see that they actually care and have concerns knowing that people are very stressed out during these situations. Jordan helped me when I was in panic mode and I am extremely thankful , good things ✌

Amazing service every time. In and out and problem fixed. Great Experience. Will continue to keep coming back. When Needed of course. Which is often with all this new expensive technology. Saves me time and money.

I had a 2 week window (per Asurion) to have my cell phone battery replaced. I went into the O'Fallon, Mo. store, he looked me up, took my phone and he gave me a time to come back for it. He called and let me know it was ready. They were fast and professional. Yes, my battery stays charge like it did 2 years when I first purchased it.

Unlike support these guys were extremely helpful. Fixed my phone in under 2 hours and gave no hassle about the warranty.

Worked great samaung sent me here for a repair and pretty much came out the store with a completely renewed phone

Eric did an amazing job! My daughter’s iPhone 13pro had a screen that stopped working. I was able to make an appointment and be seen the very next day. Eric was able to fix it and return it to us that same afternoon. I signed up for the home+ coverage and received a discount on the repair and they even gave us a new glass screen protector. I will definitely be using them again (if the need arises 😆).

This place was excellent. Replaced the screen on my sons phone in 2 hours and cheaper then Apple and Best Buy. HIGHLY recommend!

AT&T Stores are the worst customer service I have ever have. I will never buy a phone again from them. Your service was Spot on. I will be back and will recommend others to use Asurion. AT&T never They will be out of business sooner than later.

This store and the employees who work here are amazing. They have a great attitude and are easy to talk with. They do a great job on fixing broken items in the time they quote you. Highly recommend them. They are extremely professional!

Tony was extremely helpful and kind. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and took care of our problem quickly!

Everyone has been so nice that works here. Eric told us about the membership that would save us a lot of money with getting our stuff fixed. They were able to get all of the information from my son's phone transferred to the new phone which was a huge task. We didn't think it would happen but they did it.

Jordan was one of the best customer service reps I’ve encountered in a very long time …keep up the good work Jordan…I recommend you train other employees…terrific service !

Very nice workers. The front desk guy is so sweet and helpful. If he doesn't know something he goes and gets someone that will.
