Dentists always make me anxious. It’s never a pleasant experience. Helotes Gentle was great. My hygienist was gentle and kind. Made me feel at ease and not embarrassed. Explained everything she was about to do. My dentist came in and explained everything in good detail. They have some new equipment to do X-rays that I haven’t seen before. So much better than the old cardboard plates that hurt your gums. I look forward to seeing me new dentist again.

Always 5 star review for Dr. Keepers and all the people work for her. When I was a child I didn’t like to go to dentist but I am pleasant going to her clinic either teeth cleaning or any kind of treatment. Thank you very much all those years keeping my teeth healthy.

Dr Keepers has now been my Dentist for over 20 years. Along with her exceptional staff she has cared for my family and I through the fire at her original location, my emergencies and health issues. Great care, family friendly and they always put a smile on my face!

I really like Helotes Gentle Family Dentistry. I have been going there for a couple of years now. I had a dentist in the past that lied to my about my teeth and did a lot of work that I didn't need, and now I am skeptical of dentist, but at Helotes Gentle Dentistry I feel they are completely honest with me. The entire staff is very nice and pleasant. I feel horrible I can't remember their names, but they are all awesome. The dentist I see is really good and honest. I would highly recommend going there.

I have always hated going to the dentist. Our son found Dr.Tovar, and suggest we go there. We have been going there now for a few years. He is super great. Super knowledgeable and does not over charge. He is very gentle, kind, patient and caring. Dr.Tovar knows all about dentistry. His staff is super nice, super friendly, which makes it easy to go there. His assistants- wow! They are amazing, do a thorough job and are super nice.

Appointments were all always on time, and the service is excellent. During my last visit, the dental hygienist did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. Very smooth and comfortable.

As a new patient I was pleased to say the process was very easy and convenient. The office itself is very clean and welcoming. The dental hygienist was very friendly and communicative through out the whole cleaning. Not to mention gentle I’ve had cleanings before where I’ve been very uncomfortable and I can say I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Tovar answered all the questions I had and gave me options and suggestions that were helpful.

We just started with this clinic but so far we find it very nice. The staff is pleasant and welcoming and the doctors seem to know how to pinlessly inject the novacaine shots. BIG PLUS!

Dr. Keepers & her staff are so trustworthy, I still see only them for my dental needs even though I now live in Florida! And I come from a background that is informed and familiar with the dental industry.

The name implies the care provided. My family switched over about 10 years ago and was very pleasantly surprised. They were not constantly lining up the next visit for work that could be maintained and addressed in the future. This approach maximizes the life of your natural teeth of course with routine visit at least twice a year helps.

Every time I visit this place I feel welcome and am well cared for. All members of the staff are professional, genuinely caring and friendly. My experience with this establishment is that they truly live up to their name - Gentle Family Dentistry. This is my number 1 choice far exceeding all others.

Dr. Tovar always gives me a thorough exam and explains what he’s looking at/for and why. Whenever he finds something that concerns him he goes over it with me, gives me options and advice (advice has always been spot on). The Hygienist gave me a thorough cleaning and exam, extremely happy with my experience, how many times have you heard that about a visit to the Dentist😏
