Chipotle Mexican Grill

I did not expect to like this place but I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great! The ingredients tasted fresh. And the staff were wonderful with helping us order and serve my 86 year old mother-in-law with dementia. Thank you!

Chipotle provided an excellent dining experience highlighted by an outstanding staff. The team's friendliness and efficiency enhanced my visit. Unfortunately, guacamole was unavailable during my trip, which was a minor disappointment. On the bright side, the rest of the food was prepared flawlessly, showcasing Chipotle's commitment to quality and consistency. Despite the guacamole hiccup, the overall positive experience at Chipotle left a lasting impression.

Our burritos were amazing! It always blows my mind how quickly they roll up such enormous burritos. Great quality, friendly staff. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner to be honest, but that wasn't really a huge problem for me.

1 star because I found a piece of plastic in my bowl. Returned it on the low so no one else would notice and the manager gave me my money back. I really wanted my meal and or another but it ruined my appetite

My husband and I were driving by and noticed a chipotle. We did online order and the order was completed before the promise time. They were super busy but did see that the team worked together to make things happen and ensure all customers were satisfied! Thank you for what you do!!

I cannot speak highly enough about the store or the employees, especially Onterria Davis! She is absolutely amazing went above and beyond. She made sure our order was accurate and gave us fresh meat instead of the dried-out meat made sure our bowls were made exactly to our liking and I just cannot go on about her enough. She is one of the best employees I have come across anywhere in a very long time! And it wasn't just us, I saw her giving it to the customers behind us and behind them as well. I will go back to that chipotle just because of her. She deserves a raise or bonus something. The food was fresh and on point and the other workers were working filling ice, cooking the meats, making sure all the toppings were filled. And absolutely great experience.

Okay when I tell you this was the best fast food experience I’ve had- I’m not exaggerating. The crew working was so incredible efficient, professional, and kind! They were getting orders done quickly and playing good music all with a positive attitude. Everyone in the store was working really hard! I vote raises or bonuses for this team. Really impressed 🤯👏 11/10 experience. Oh and amazing food!

This Chipotle is a solid option for something quick. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been very good every time. They had multiple high chairs, so it was easy to go with my kids.

I was in today and witnessed each employee get berated by multiple people. The staff stayed calm and were all super kind even though they were being verbally abused. I believe there was someone training and another girl was training him while also running operations throughout the rest of the kitchen and making food for customers. I think the staff that was working today deserves acknowledgement for still providing great service during this time.

I will say my guacamole was a little flavorless, but everything else was fantastic.

It was awesome. Line was out the door but still got my food in about five minutes at this location. They're fast, accurate, and the food is delicious. The food is always amazing at Chipotle and this one is no different regardless of location. Yet again, have to stress this, had my thirty minute lunch here and yet only stood in line for maybe five minutes.

The wait time was short even in the lunch crowd. Nice staff, the manager gave me a complementary large cup for my water. It was 100 degrees that day, so its good that people care about paying customers I really like Chipotle I just wish I could afford their stocks lol!

This is a very clean and small chipotle. I came during a busy lunch time and they had a decent number of staff members on the line so it never got too backed up. Seating is pretty limited inside but they have lots of space and seating outside as well if weather permits. The rest rooms are also very clean and well stocked. The location is super convenient as it is in a shopping center.

Best service and consistency of any Chipotle I've been to. Managers and staff are so kind and always on top of things. I always make sure if I'm picking up Chipotle on my way home I get it from this location.

I order from this Chipotle pretty regularly as my work is in the area. Today I ordered and did not receive the chips and salsa I requested. It was not a big deal at all, but I reached out to Corporate and let them know just so I could be credited back for it. Not only did corporate get back to me, but Nicholas from the store called personally and apologized for missing it and offered to get me chips, salsa and my next meal the next time I ordered. It was totally unnecessary for him to call me during their busy day, because it was not a big deal to me at all but he did any way to try and make it right. It isn't often a place will call you to fix an issue, let alone take responsibility. Just wanted to come on here and write them a great review for their promptness and customer service and to say thank you again to Nicholas!

Went during lunch and it was extremely busy. The employees maintained a high level of professionalism & the customer service was great. The manager & GM were working as hard as the other employees. Food was fresh & delicious. I will return & I recommend you do the same.

Typically a great place, however this location had no chips and no sauce paks?! Food was good 👍🏼

We revisited on a whim. Being in the industry I think it is responsible to revisit a place that has undergone a bad rap. I have always enjoyed Chipotle in the past, as it came closest to making the style of burritos I loved in California. Our lunch was really good. I always enjoy getting a "bowl" and the guacamole add-on definitely did not disappoint. My husband got a burrito, but added the queso which made it a wee too spicy for him. The burrito portioning has significantly reduced over the years, which was disappointing, but it was still delicious to me. The kitchen looked immaculate and the employees really couldn't be nicer. Definitely give them a go.

Awesome location. Great, friendly staff that was kind to us with a large group of kids. All the food was fresh and hot. The fajitas were fresh and delicious. Everyone was working hard and it showed in the final product.
