Upon the recommendation of a family member, I visited Sketchers at this location and was pleasantly surprised by their impeccable inventory management and exceptional customer service. The staff ensured that everything was well-organized and assisted us in finding the perfect pairs of shoes. We ended up leaving with two pairs that we absolutely love and enjoy walking in. Sketchers has certainly won us over with their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Best customer service I have had at shoe store. Bri was awesome she helped me find the right shoes for work. I tried on several different pairs she was patient and kind. She also helped my wife find shoes as well. I have been a New Balance guy for a long time and this experience has converted me to Arch Fit Skechers and this location. Thank you my feet feel great.

Skechers Max Cushioning Ultra Go! I walked in just to browse and saw the sneakers of my dreams, the first display near the entrance. I wanted a sneaker with height that looked good and I wanted all black and there it was. Size 9 and only one left. I love my new sneakers. I had just left Vanderbilt Hospital clinic next door for a call back on my mammogram for a suspicious area that turned out to be nothing and then found these sneakers. It was my day!!

I want to share my shopping
experience today at this store. The manager was extremely nice the store was stocked and very clean I was making a return from an online purchase, that was too big. This was my first shopping experience since being in a severe car accident I was a nervous reck even getting into my car but the manager and his associate were fantastic

Staff was great! They took care of a return from an online purchase that resulted from defective product. I was able to find another style shoe in the store that I liked and provided the functionality I was looking for.

WOW!!!🤯 I have NEVER been in this store and I could have bought 50 pairs of shoes. From womens and mens regular to xx wide from athlete, casual, and dressy they had them all. I will be back.....😁

My wife found some sandals and some tennis shoes for walking her 16,000 steps every day. I got some leather work shoes. Great prices and helpful sales people. Highly recommended.
