Ten Oaks Storage of Helotes

We have had our storage unit for 2 years and it’s been a positive and great experience. Mark has been awesome and is always there for us when we have a question or need something. The property is immaculate and I feel very safe having our household goods being stored at this location! Highly recommend this facility!

Ten Oaks is a great facility that is so much larger than it appears. The buildings and grounds are kept up well. The number 1 thing is Mark, he makes it easy and saved us money by thinking outside the box. Great place to store.

Great place for storage. Security is top notch. Even left a nice ladder in the hall and came back the next day and was sitting right where I left it. Mark, the manager, has been fantastic with communicating and getting me into where I need to be since I started there a few years ago. I have a storage place right across the street from me but I store a few extra miles away cause I know I can always count on Mark to help with any issues I have. I have several units now and will continue to use them as long as customer service and security are always as great as they are now.

Amazing property manager! Helpful and even remembers you by name when you call in. Impressive as I'm sure he talks to a lot of people each day.

Ten Oaks Storage is more than just a storage place, it's a place where you are welcome as a person greeted by Mark with a smile, wave or word of encouragement as you arrive at the gate. He and gentleman in charge of maintenance care about doing everything they can during your transition storing some of your most previous items in life until your next door opens. My next door did, but know that I've made friends for life and dealt with an incredible business and give credit to the owners who run it!

We have been using Ten Oaks Storage in Helotes for over four years. We have consistently been pleased with the value and service of the facility. The managers and other employees are always courteous and professional and the price and size of the unit beat all other companies we looked at. The only reason we vacated our unit is because we are moving overseas. Thank you!

My family and I had a very good overall experience at Ten Oaks Storage of Helotes. We rented a unit there for a year and I have zero complaints. The place was clean and priced well. Mark was super with us! I loved how polite, helpful and friendly he was. I would recommend them to everyone!

Your team and storage facility is fantastic. Never had any issues, the facility was always clean, and every door functioned as it should. One of the best overall service experiences I have had. Mark Gonzales is very professional and helpful.

We rented two units here for over a year. One was outside drive up and the other inside climate controlled. The inside unit would be quite hot at times in the spring and we worried our instruments were not being kept at a safe temp. Apparently the AC has to be switched by management from heat to cool manually. That needs to be upgraded since we paid for climate controlled. At move out we had some issues with the non prorating move out policy. John took good care of us and worked things out for us, a very nice manager . Overall we were happy with storing things here. It's a secure facility and the grounds are kept nicely by the hard working on site care taker.

Professional, clean & secure. Maintenance & security on site 24 hrs a day. Friendly & attentive staff. Super nice people. Have been here for many years. Convient hours of operation. Owners are local not national company.

Been there several months now and it's just the prettiest storage place you'll ever see! So far no problems. No billing issues. No gate issues. I like their late departure and early arrival times compared to others. It's still pretty new and shiny. Everything works.

I have used Ten Oaks for personal storage in the past and currently use for business. The staff is amazing and very flexible when I temporarily need additional units. The facility is always very clean. I would highly recommend to anyone in need.
