Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Treatment was explained beforehand and all our questions were answered. Getting my daughter into braces was a very smooth experience. She was nervous but everyone put her at ease and made her feel so much better about the whole process.

Both of my teenagers received braces with Dr. Ferris at Ferris Orthodontics. They are extremely friendly, courteous, caring, accommodating, thorough, and professional. The level of expertise is exceptional. The front desk ladies have excellent customer service and we all love the overall atmosphere.

This was my first visit. Dr. Ferris was very patient and listened to my concerns, and provided me options of how to reattach my permanent retainer. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

All of the staff were so welcoming at the Bulverde location! We received amazing hospitality! The Orthodontist was very knowledgeable and definitely put our minds at ease for now, while also preparing us for the next steps in the process. When our son is ready, we'll surely be back!!

Where do I start! The staff was wonderful! Everyone from the front desk ladies to the girl who took pictures and Pennie who went over the financials!! And I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ferris. He was kind, knowledgeable and took his time explaining options. I can’t wait to get started on my teeth straightening journey!! I highly recommend this practice

We felt very welcomed by Stacy! She was very personable and did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to get to know us and to make my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Ferris was very kind and patient. He explained things clearly and made sure we knew that he valued our input. Overall, a fabulous first visit!

The staff are super friendly and very prompt. They do not pressure you into a service. They've been watching my kiddo for a couple years now in preparation for braces! They could have suggested starting him early....but they didn't. I am thankful for that.

Ferris Orthodontics has the friendliest, most helpful team! All three of my children have gone through or are going through their braces with Dr. Ferris and Dr. Hembree. Both orthodontists and their assistants are amazing! They explain exactly where you are in the process, help you when something unexpected comes up, and celebrate with their patients when they finish the process. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Ferris Orthodontics did a wonderful job at making my 8yr old daughter feel at ease, while explaining step by step during her procedure.

They are all very friendly and care greatly for making our kiddos teeth looking great! They are here for our best interest and do what it takes to ensure we leave with the best smiles.

Dr. Hembree is always so amazing thorough. She doesn’t ever feel like she’s in a hurry. She’s been great to me and my daughter both going through orthodontic work. My son has been there too maybe about 10 years ago and Dr. Faris was great to him as well. Always have smiles on their face and a joy to be around. Makes some thing very mundane and boring OK to go do.
