I can't even begin to say how amazing the service was we received today. We were pushing the clock as is to get down there on time before closing and hit traffic. The gentleman that was working the desk was more than knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly, and where I could understand them. His staff are spot on and hard workers. I just went in for a routine oil change and he informed me of some other things going on with my car, but did NOT push purchases or getting their services down my throat AT ALL. and THAT in itself made me feel more at ease that I wasn't just at another place where they see a female and think they can take me for a ride for all I'm worth! ( It Happens A Lot) All in all, they did great quick quality work, for a VERY reasonable price! They have fantastic specials, coupons, and nice sitting area with free water and coffee, and a TV. We will be coming back every time we need anything done on our cars! Customer service just doesn't get any better than that! Thank you - one EXTREMELY happy customer!

Car x Auto repair is great. We've been taking my car there (328i) for minor inspections as well as more major repairs. They are much more knowledgeable about cars than most any other mechanics we've seen around here. They are honest, hardworking.

I used these guys for years until I moved out of the City. They are great ... totally honest and they do great work. I would highly recommend them.

I take both my cars here atleast every 3 months due to the amount of driving I do. It usually is just and oil change, however they tell me anything that might be coming up or looks to be an issue. I have had no problems with any of the guys that work there. They have always treated me good and fair. Would recommend them over Jiffy Lube or any other place as they do the same job if not better...!

i went to this store for a state inspection then they found i had a burned low beam bulb, of cause i need to have it replaced. They check their inventory and found out the bulb will cost me around 11 dollars, but the installation will cost me 1.4 hours which would be altogether over 110$ . i was really surprised in what hell a professional store to replace a light bulb will cost their professional 1.4 hours and charge the costumer over $100?! I would never go to this store and i wouldn't recommend anybody i knew to this weird store.

NEVER Take your car here!!! I was a loyal customer at this location for several years until this past March (2013) when I took in my daughters car because some of the lights came on and it was making a weird noise. Needless to say after taking it back to them several times over a 2 week period because they would say it was fixed and we would pick it up....5 miles down the road the lights would be back on. After 3 attempts I contacted them district manager (Thomas) who assured me he would take care of the problem and my car would be ready for the trip we were leaving on that day. When I went to get the car the battery was now dead. A 6 month old battery at that. I asked if it could be the alternator and I was assured that it was not. I went and picked up a new battery (which was still under warranty since it was only 6 months old) and set off on my trip. 4 hours into the trip the car DIES!! In the middle of nowhere. I won't even go into the hassle of getting it towed and fixed and the rental car, but low and behold IT WAS THE ALTERNATOR all along. That was 5 months ago and not one more problem has arisen with the car. I swore I would not ever return to their shop but against my better judgement, I went in there with my car today because I needed my brakes checked and they were under full lifetime parts and labor warranty. I figured I would be stupid to not get them done there since it would be free. Should have stuck to my guns because OF COURSE once they said the brakes needed to be done they would only cover the parts NOT the LABOR!! They said there was nothing on the previous invoice that showed PARTS AND LABOR. They only warranty parts. I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN. So shame on me. Of course the manager that gave me the warranty and said it was in the system doesn't work there anymore so it is my word against nobody. And no it doesn't show on my bill it's lifetime parts and labor. Of course it doesn't even show lifetime parts on the bill but --Well that's the deal we give is parts not labor it's not on the bill it's just in the system.. What a bunch of CRAP!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

DO NOT take your car here!!I recently had an oil change, and this was a huge mistake on my part. The man at the front helping me was very rude, but I thought nothing of it since it was early in the morning. They also rotated my tires as part of the package. After I get my car back the next day I find that the wheel lock (to lock my tires so no one can take them off) had been left rolling around on the outside of my car between the windshield wipers and hood. Not sure why anyone would leave that outside of the vehicle. I figured it was a mistake and left it at that. Then the next day I notice my cap on my rim is missing. I call the store thinking maybe it popped off or fell when they took the tires off. Not once have I ever had these come off in the whole four years I have owned the car. The man who answers tells me he worked on the car and he was so sorry because the other man that had helped me and helped him with the tires was now fired and that not to worry just come by and they would take a look. He even said he remembered putting all the caps on and seeing them all there. I go by today, and the manager is telling me he will order me a wheel cap and I would pay for it, and I explain to him that is not the issue. I am looking for my wheel cap because after I left it was missing and there was nothing but problems. He ended up calling me back saying he would order the cap and I needed to pay because I am only assuming it was their fault it is missing, and they do not even have to help me get the cap. He then said we never even touched the wheel caps, which is odd because the technician told me he did and that he put them all back. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. When you take your car somewhere and find not only one but multiple problems, then something is definitely wrong. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back here.

I WILL NEVER, GO BACK AGAIN! After seeing what i thought was a good deal on
groupon I purchase a oil change. Well after finally deciding to use my "deal" I walk
in to the store to see that they are moving and they close at 5. Well Jimmy the "assistant" manager tell me im sorry but were closed. It was 10 min. till 5. Although i admit it is a pain to take a customer so close to closing time, you are running a business. If you decide to shut down your compressors early then all you
have to do is go back and turn them back on. Right?? NO! He refused. Said for me to
come back tomorrow. Well I will say I will never go back....... as I was writing this the manager Jimmy did call me to apologize, was very professional and wanted to help. unfortunately we could not find a resolution. they have lost a customer.
