Dennis Garrett exceeds expectations when it comes to providing customer service and expertise for standing seam roofs. He helped guide me through the entire process including working with my insurance company so that I could receive the best pricing for my claim. He also provided me updates on a regular basis. In addition, he communicated the necessary information for me to make an educated decision regarding the type of roof I wanted. I have always wanted to replace my shingle roof with a metal one and this was a perfect opportunity for me to do so. ARP Roofing did my other company's came by to give me a estimate. But none of them came back except for Joshua Powell he even came with 3 estimate to see wish was best for me. You can tell he was there to help you he wasn't rushing you to close the deal. I will recommend this company in a heart beat thanks for my new metal roof.

They worked with our insurance company and even suggested the color we should think about. Looks amazing. Never realized how a new roof with different color would change our home. Travis Bowling & ARP Roofing were absolutely fantastic to work with!!! Lately it seems hard to find people that care and who will show up when promised, that was not all all the case with Travis!!!! Travis was a straight shooter from the beginning, was very professional, set great expectations, showed up when promised (aka on time), had great communication, followed up when the work was being done and overall made sure I had a great customer service experience! Travis Bowling came out to my home to do a roof inspection for my wife and I shortly after we moved into our home. We were concerned about our air flow in the attic, and just wanted a professional to let us know if the vents on the roof were functional and sufficient. I am so accustomed to people coming out to our home and just trying to sell us something whether we need it or not, that I was caught off guard when he told me that our vents were functional, and we had the right amount of vents for our roof size. It is unbelievably refreshing to know that there are still companies that believe in honesty, integrity, and taking care of the client first, whether that leads to a sale or not. When my roof needs something one day, because we all know it will, I have all the confidence in the world that I can trust Travis and his recommendations.

So great full for Gabriel the Roof Angel and ARP Roofing, they were able to help me get a brand new Atlas 50 year 130 mile wind rating architectural shingle roof bought through my insurance, all I had to pay was my deductible! I would definitely recommend Gabriel and ARP Roofing.
