Dr. Carter and his staff are the best veterinarian experience I have ever had! They are the most caring people when it comes to the care of your beloved family pet! I recently had to put my Doxie to sleep and they made the experience much more comforting than past experiences we’ve had with this procedure! I have trusted my precious Cairn Terriers to Dr. Carter for 29 years. He and everyone who works with him are wonderful. They're so good with the animals and it's obvious they love working with them. Dr Carter and Dr Weiss are both thorough and knowledgeable and patient with your pet and their owners.

Client since 1992. Dr. carter has taken very good care of all my dogs through the years. He is very knowledgeable of current trends and takes the time to clearly explain and discuss your pets health with you. No rush and always available.

Dr. Carter is the best Vet ever. He diagnoses, issues based on a thorough exam. When I call with something urgent they always do their best to fit me in. I have used his services for 17 years. He and his staff are all the best because of knowledge and the expert care they provide.

This place is a great veterinary clinic that takes great care of your pet, tells you exactly what is going on, and is affordable compared to emergency services. They are very trustworthy and when your pet needs advanced care or surgery you can expect that they will do a great job. We took our Italian Greyhound here and he had an emergency requiring a foreign body to be removed from his intestine. They too amazing care and he is doing great.

This is a private, compassionate small animal clinic. I have taken pets here for 24 years! Dr. Carter explains everything thoroughly & he has the best interests of your pet at heart. He takes his time and makes you feel like a friend. The staff is amazing too! ❤

This is the best vet clinic I have ever used. We moved 20+ miles away and I tried to find a different vet closer to home, but have come back to Dr. Carter. We will continue to use his clinic as long as he continues to practice. He provides high quality care, and he charges very reasonable prices, which is very rare. Look no further. You won't find better care or better prices.

One of my neighbors recommended this clinic, so I called to make an appointment.
I was told that one of their doctors recently retired so they are not accepting new patients at the moment, but the lady who answered to phone was so kind and friendly, it made me think this is kind of clinic I want to bring my pet to. Once they start new patient, this will be primary clinic for my dog.

We've been seeing Dr. Carter for the last 20 years. He and his staff have been taking care of my family and furry members. My GSD loves going there for boarding.

Dr. Carter has been my dog's vet since they were puppies. He is so informative and knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful. Fees are reasonable and they are competitive with online pricing for flea and tick prevention and heartworm meds. Can't imagine taking my babies anywhere else!

Dr. Carter is the kind of vet who does not want to waste your money. I have a 17-year-old cat who has just stabilized after being in critical condition from kidney failure. When I first came to him, Dr. Carter prepared me for the worst, but he tried everything in his power to help save my cat. If I had received the same treatment at another facility, I would have ended up spending thousands of dollars more than I did. Don't be afraid to do your own research and ask him questions about it. He was very amenable to telling me the pros and cons of all the possibilities I asked about.

A couple of months later, my cat did pass away, but we got considerably more time than we could have expected given his age and ailments. I know that we got the best treatment we could have gotten anywhere. Although Lucky died at home, Dr. Carter took the time to call me, offer his condolences and talk to me about coping strategies. Everyone at the clinic seemed extremely compassionate every time I came. This is a place where people truly care about the lives they touch.

I totally trust Dr Carter and his judgment with my animals. Not only is he gentle with my cats, but explains to us(that includes the cat) what he is doing and how he is trying to help them. Lisa is also a great assistant working very well with the doctor. Thank you Springhill.

I just established my 16 mo old kitten at this vet clinic after having interviewed and visited two other clinics. I had received recommendations for this clinic from several in my neighborhood. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and I found the doctor to be same as well as very knowledgeable and compassionate. Their prices are also the most reasonable that I had found. I feel blessed to have found this doctor and staff!

Dr. Carter is the best vet I’ve ever been to. He loves all of our kiddos so much. The staff is so nice and so caring. I love them so much, and so do Frank, Daisy, and Penny.

We absolutely loved Dr. Carter and Lisa. When we found them we had 3 cats all over 15 years so there were definitely some sad times but new young kitties came along as well. And honestly, our worst time was adopting a baby from Richardson animal shelter. She was only with us overnight when she started getting horribly sick. She was bleeding and we didn't know why. I bundled her up and took her to Dr. Carter's office. We found out it was feline parvo. Dr Carter explained the likelihood and most often that she wouldn't make it. He did what he could, IV fluids and antibiotics. We kept her during the night and force fed Pedialyte to her. She made it and is a happy cat now. We have so many stories of how much they have helped us. Now we have moved and really miss them. Just want to thank them for all their help along the way.

Dr. Carter is one of the kindest vetnarian you could ever meet. He and his staff really took care of us for the short time they treated Jimmy before he died. We learned information about our cat that after 12 years of treatment with another vet we never knew. Advised us well on our options and helped us with making difficult decisions. You could not go wrong in trusting them with your family member.

Dr. Carter is the best Vet in the Garland, Tx 75044 range. I would recommend him for all your fur babies needs. He will be completely honest about the diagnoses of your animal and he is very dedicated to his work.

Wonderful vets, Dr Carter anbd Dr Whyse are amazing vets, and all their staff are fantastic. Have been going here now for a couple of years, and have no intention of changing. Your pets are treated like one of their own, with compassion, kindness and dignity.
