Animal Medical Center of Richardson

On New Year's Day, my 13-year-old dog experienced a seizure and was diagnosed with a liver tumor during an urgent vet visit. The vet recommended the Animal Medical Center of Richardson for further information and exams. I promptly scheduled an appointment for the same morning, and everything proceeded seamlessly. Dr. Andrea Hesser was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain the X-rays thoroughly and offering detailed solutions. She showed great understanding of my concerns as a pet parent and handled the situation with utmost professionalism. I deeply appreciated her compassionate approach and expertise during the visit.

Visited for an emergency visit when our usual vet was already booked. Luckily, they were able to get me in same day and see my dog. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your help!

My puppy was very sick and spent a long time at the clinic. I know he was well taken care of because he is always so excited to see the staff when we go in. All of my dogs love visiting the vet (I think they enjoy the treats most). The staff are amazing, the facility is very clean and the experience is always positive.

I brought my cat Humphrey here today to get an eye issue looked at. They were so wonderful and were able to get me in with incredibly short notice. Everyone was so kind, and Its obvious they really care about your pets here. They treated Humphrey very gently and with the utmost care. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and patient, and so was the technician and the front desk staff. I can't recommend this clinic enough, and will continue to trust them with the care of my pets. They're also just super friendly and personable and that really makes a difference. 10/10. Thank y'all for doing what you do!

We have taken our pup here since she was born. She got spayed here. It’s a convenient location with kind staff and veterinarians!

They remind me of my pet’s vaccination dues and take care of him really good. They have good boarding facilities as well.

We really enjoy the staff. They all seem to enjoy working with Pearl as well as other animals I've seen come through there. I definitely recommend AMCR to everyone.

Everyone was friendly and they truly cared about my pets well being. He has a bit of anxiety and the staff did a great job making him feel comfortable. Very pleased with the service that was provided! Fair price and true to appointment time. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

We’ve been coming here since my fur baby was a little baby. Dr. Falagrady and her team are amazing! We’ve also had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cole and she’s just as awesome! The staff and vet techs are so helpful and caring with my little chihuahua even though he can get an attitude sometimes. They always treat him with respect and love. They have helped him and saved his life on multiple occasions and are very considerate when it comes to the financial aspects and ask permission before they run any expensive tests or labs. I trust them wholeheartedly to care for my baby and I would recommend anyone who lives in the DFW area to bring their little ones to this clinic. They always listen attentively to your concerns and have affordable options for you to choose from whenever they are able to. I can’t speak highly enough about this clinic!

The tech was very kind and patient with our two very energetic littermates, and the vet was friendly and reassuring. They spent plenty of time asking and answering questions but still had us in and out quickly. The front desk staff were helpful and prompt in sending vaccination records to our boarding facility as well.

The best! Vets, techs, and office staff are all wonderful. Have been coming here for several years and they have always been so kind and patient when it comes to answering the many questions I have. Most importantly they are always so sweet to my cat (who absolutely hates going to the vet and doesn’t always make their job easy lol).

This is a good vet. The doctor was able to take care of my pet, who had an ear infection and fungal infection in one visit . It's pricey because of testing , but I would rather pay it once than I have to keep going back . They also are good with pit bulls and will work with them even if you have to muzzle.

The vet technicians and team were very hospitable and was able to accommodate us last minute. We appreciate all the hard work that they do for us and for others! We highly recommend this clinic for those looking to take care of our other family members! Thank you again!
