I called Lute Riley service center for my 2017 Honda HR-V after a disappointing oil change experience at another shop this week in which my skid plate came off driving on the road shortly thereafter. After calling the other shop I was ultimately told it’s too bad and I didn’t need it anyway, so I had to retrieve my skid plate from the street it came off on. I did not trust the other shop to put it back on properly, and Lute Riley was immediately understanding on the phone and provided me with an appointment to put it back on. I went this morning and was greeted by Jeremy who was very kind and assured me that putting my skid plate back on was no problem. They proceeded to perform this for me free of charge, as well as a multi-point inspection and a wash. I was able to wait in a clean and accommodating space in which I accomplished my work with no problem while waiting on my service. I am incredibly pleased with my experience and have a two-fold opinion moving forward. One, I’ll absolutely only be taking my Honda to Lute Riley service center for any maintenance on my vehicle moving forward. I know they have my safety and experience at the forefront. Second, I have had my Honda for 5 years and intend to stay in Hondas. This experience affects my future car purchases, as I will want to make any future purchase at Lute Riley Honda. Thank you again.

I usually don’t like going to dealerships because I never had a great experience. This dealership on the other hand was great! I got a decent amount of work done to my vehicle, and great pricing. My advisor Melissa was very kind to us and took care of us, she kept us updated the whole way, very professional.

We will come back to lute Riley for future work on out vehicle they did great!!

I had a great experience working with my service advisor Charles. He was able to explain everything to me on the recall process, and what they did. Answered several questions that I had about the recall. Even gave me a quote for some additional services that I might come back and get done at a later time. Overall, my experience was extremely good and amount of time my car was in the shop was for a very short period.

My appointment was at 7am but I got there much earlier. Rich was able to get started earlier than 7am! Rich kept me updated regularly and the mechanic was excellent in his work and communicating with Rich to share with me!!! I will continue to go to Luke Riley location!

We had a very good experience yesterday at Lute Riley Honda Service Department. Richard C. checked us in and was very courteous and caring in getting us on the list. It was a recall problem which turned out to be nothing wrong with our car. But they checked it and found all was okay but good to know we were alright. Now we feel safe in driving our car.

Professional. Repair was quality work. Staff was knowledgeable and kind. Repair done in a timely manner completed sooner than expected. The staff and the work were excellent.

Melissa Johnson was outstanding. Not only did she make sure that my car was serviced under the 3 hours allotted time, but she gave me a 10% discount to help me with the cost. She was very professional, polite, and courteous. I didn’t expect to get my results via email and I respect the transparency of Honda showing me the proof of the work that was done.

Went for an oil change and received excellent service! I was acknowledged by an employee as soon as I arrived and they had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Gustavo was able to answer all my questions and helped me make the best decisions for my car. Highly recommend this dealership!

Jeremy Anzaldua was the first person to greet me and come over to take my information when I pulled up and parked in the service area. He was courteous, polite, respectful and professional. The tire inspector, Jeremy, who was checking my tires while Jeremy A. was gathering the information about my Honda Accord was also polite and respectful. Everyone at this dealership and service center that I encountered seemed to be courteous and respectful. They handled my safety-related seatbelt recall change-out, oil change and slight rattling noise question well. They solved everything for me today! I’m a happy camper!

Lute Riley is the best place you will ever take your car for service! We had the best experience with our car’s engine issue owing to the service manager - Zack! I thought my car had sprung up an issue after a botched multi point inspection but it turned out be unrelated but Zack too care of us free of charge any way!

I will be returning to Lute Riley for now and for always, thanks Zack and team!

Scheduled an oil change on line and got an appointment for the very next morning. In less than an hour, not only was my oil changed, but a multipoint inspection completed and my car washed. Natalie has excellent customer service skills, explained everything and kept me updated along the way. Definitely going back for future service!
