First visit with her she was running 10 min behind, actually took 20. No problem. Then she informs me the wax machine broke, and not to wait for the other one to heat up, I agreed to plucking since I drive far and I already waited longer than my scheduled appt. time. Second appointment, I arrive (it takes me 30-40 min) and I receive a text; about 15 min before my appt that she had to cancel due to “family event downtown”. I couldn’t wait so I got them done elsewhere in the meantime. I decide to give her ANOTHER and THIRD chance, booked it March 2 for March 18, Saturday. Wednesday the 15th I get a text that she is rescheduling to Sunday. I asked on Wednesday what times were available and never got a response… sucks. I get things happen, but seems ironic not once but 2x in a row to cancel. To not respond topped it all off. Taking my business elsewhere. Good luck running things like this.
