Amazing experience with Bolin. We were out of town when one of our pipes burst. They were able to guide me through what to do and arrived first thing in the morning when we got home-all was fixed in 2 hours!!! Guided us through the repair and walked us through what happened. Courteous. Speedy. Very fair price. Excellent experience!

Needed a plumber for a shower that wouldn’t turn off. Friend recommended Bolin. Left a message on Sunday evening.... they called Monday morning.... at my house by 10am..... fixed my shower and looked at and fixed 3 other minor things I needed. Very nice men- very professional- wore masks (which I know are hot). Price was great. I will use them again when needed and recommend highly to anyone who needs a plumber!

Had to make an emergency call on a Saturday, they called back w/in 30 minutes and their on-call technician was here within approximately an hour. He was able to provide a temporary fix within 30 minutes. Old galvanized pipe is not easy to deal with! We've known for some time we need to repipe....it'll be sooner rather than later now. Thanks Ross for your help!!

I needed to replace a pressure reducing valve (PRV) and they gave me the best quote. SAWs told me that it was going to costs me thousands of dollars. Furthermore, they were friendly, called ahead of time and were honest with me--that's the best part. Without any doubt, I highly recommend them.

I was needing an inspection of a sprinkler system backflow device. I read the other review here about Bolin, but went with Bolin anyway because the price was $97.50 as opposed to $150 that George plumbing would have charged. I faxed Bolin the paperwork, they set a time, and said I did not need to be present. They apparently showed up at the time they said, as the filled-out forms were waiting for me at the door. Smooth as could be. Well done Bolin Plumbing!

Called and was sent over a tech by the name of Justin Jimenez. Mr Jimenez came on by due to a emergency I was having. Not even 5 minutes later mr. Jimenez’s was able to unclog my pipes after I tried for hours. Definitely satisfied would love to have him come by again.

Great job replacing water heater. Started within one day of call and completed that day. Crew was friendly, clean and quick. Would call upon and recommend again.

Most unusual experience!? Guess they are as busy as they want to be and really don't care about customer service. I needed to have a gas line run fifty feet and a connection to a pool heater. Called the morning before Thanksgiving and was told someone would call me back. I didn't get a call so I tried again the following Monday, again was told by Eric that someone would call me. Normally I would have shaken my head and moved on to a hopefully more customer centric service provider. Bolin was referred to me by an engineer with Grey Forest Gas,so I gave them a third chance and included my experience with them so far. Eric called me back and told me that he thought we got off on the wrong foot. He then went on to tell me that he had not heard from his field supervisor so he guessed they would have to decline the opportunity to provide any plumbing services for me. Pretty strange? I had hopes for a go to plumber but Bolin was a waste of mt time. I didn't even get to talk to them about replacing a water heater or the other plumbing needs I had. Not a customer friendly experience.They should post on their website "Commercial Plumbing only, residential customers not welcome."

Don’t waste your time.

We just bought a new house and had a water leak from our washer connections when we arrived. No washer and dryer were installed so it obviously was coming from the home’s connection. Called Bolin plumbing and Duane told me that someone would call me with a time they could come by and told me it would be either that day or early the next. The next day we hadn’t heard from anyone so I called Bolin again and Eric told me that they had put me on a list and wouldn’t be able to come for a week or two.

Wasted my time, lied, and had no concern for the active water leak in my home.
