Robert and his assistant performed a search and repair on our main water line between the newly installed SAWS water meter and our home. He's very professional - friendly - knowledgeable in his profession. I highly recommend Robert if you're in need of plumbing repairs.

I thought I already shared my review but I guess I must have exited out before posting. Either way worth the review or doing it twice 😆 First of all I had an issue come up in my rental home while I was away on vacation in Mexico. This company was the first one who was able to come out same day on Saturday. My renters stated the service was great and friendly staff. I couldn’t agree more. Eli was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Provided me with all options and attempted to save me some money. Although it was expensive, it was much needed, and truthfully I don’t know what’s pricey or not I just said yes to the job because it needed to get done. I will definitely recommend them and hopefully you guys get Eli. Everything is working properly. I will be reaching out again to service my other property for a tankless water heater flush.

Eric K. The Journeyman Plumber gave excellent service. He is respectful of my property, home. He goes above and beyond, making sure he cleans up the mess with his shop vacuum and even taking the drywall out with him to throw it away for me. He walked me through every step of the way. He explained the problem and what needs fixing so clearly. Definitely need more workers like him in this country. Phenomenal Job Eric!

Eric came out late in the day and was nothing but professional and courteous. Despite it being a late call his work and enthusiasm were top notch. Very personable and informative; he made sure we understood what repairs were needed and why they were necessary. World class service and would 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone. Especially our friends and family.

Although I ended up spending much more than the fee required through my warranty, I did appreciate the technician (Eli). He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and seemed to be genuinely concerned with getting my issues corrected. Although I hope I won't have to, I'd definitely request him by name if I have future issues.

First time using San Antonio plumbing. They were very good on communication in letting me know what day and time the plumber would be here. Eli, was our plumber and he did a superb job. Very professional and respectful. I know we will definitely use them again in the future for anything we may need. Highly recommended.

Had a gentleman by the name of Eli that came out to my house this morning. He was quick, extremely courteous, and ensured we were satisfied with his work prior to leaving. Great experience!!!

Another great experience with Eric. He has come out twice to service our toilets. He is very informative and professional. I can tell he enjoys what he does and that he has been doing this a long time. We will call Eric directly next time we need a plumber.

Eric with S.A. plumbing was wonderful. He explained why my leak occurred and fixed the leak promptly with better materials than was there before. He also gave me good advice on how to deal with the hard freeze. Great guy.

After one of my movers smelled gas in my new house, I frantically started calling plumbers on a Saturday. My real estate agent had sent me a list and only SA Plumbing were available to come out same day. Turns out I did have a gas leak under my house, so I opted to replace all the old galvanized pipes. It was a huge job that took a lot of time and squeezing through the maze under my house. I can finally relax and feel safe in my quirky historic house and focus on unpacking and getting settled in.

Johnny and Anthony were quick and complete. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in less than an hour.
I highly recommend them and San Antonio Plumbing.

5 star service. We had a water spot on our ceiling (obvious sign of water leaking somewhere) that needed attention. Eric came out and was able to locate the cause of the leak, did his thing, and probably no more than an hour later he fixed the problem.
He explained what the issue was and how it was resolved. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs right here in San Antonio and the surrounding area! Thank you guys!

We just got our house in the area and we're discovering some of the needed maintenance as we move along. We had an upstairs toilet leaking at the base so we used our home warranty which sent out SA Plumbing. Eli & his apprentice showed up and took care of it quickly and easily. They had great professionalism and courtesy. We will definitely be calling SA Plumbing again.

Broken plumbing can be a very stressful situation. But Eric Kiolbassa from San Antonio plumbing made it genuinely pleasurable. His calm spirit and depth of plumbing knowledge helped diagnose a “silent leak” in all three of our toilets. We knew our toilets weren’t functioning at their full capacity, but we didn’t understand why. Eric explained that the lack of water in our tank created a lack of water pressure. Eric took his time with our first claim, so when we needed a plumber again, we specifically requested him by name. Hire him with confidence!

The Technician Joshua, came before the time he said at the beginning, very professional. He replaced the water heater, all the work done is very organized. Great job, I really appreciate your fast response.
