One of the Best dentist offices in San Antonio, Texas. Front Office staff are excellent. Extremely knowledgeable on how to deal with your insurance company and making sure that the insurance company pays for their responsibilities. They also make sure that you, the patient, are aware of scheduling Changes, insurance Policy coverage, etc. I used to have a favorite hygienist, but now I realize that all of them are great (Which means Dr. Hannah’s team training meetings are phenomenal). Also, the entire staff knows every patient personally and that’s amazing. Dr. Hannah, himself, Is a wonderful dentist. He actually cares about each patient and does not try to get you to have Extra Unnecessary procedures (I love that about this office). Honest people, Very professional, Outstanding services. I recommend all newly retired military to visit this office As well as any new residents/patrons in San Antonio. Save yourself some trouble in visiting various dental offices that are seeking just to make money. Go to one that cares about your dental hygiene. Most residents try to visit dental offices, close to their home, but I would recommend Traveling a distance if necessary because nothing is more important than your dental care and this office services is worth it!

Today was my first visit, so naturally I was a bit nervous. The staff gave me a warm welcome and everyone was very friendly and professional. They informed me of everything that they were doing and made sure that I was comfortable and agreeable. London was exceptionally supportive and thorough. I look forward to future visits and am happy to recommend this dental care office to my family and friends.

I hadn't been to a dentist since the week Covid closed down the country. Before that I hadn't been able to find a dentist I liked. They were either too expensive, or tried to upsell me on procedures I didn't need. My husband found Dental Oral Care, and he is pickier than me about dentists. I finally made my appointment and was more than pleased. From the receptionist to the x-ray tech, to the hygienist to the dentist. All super friendly, professional, and I never felt I was being sold treatments, I did not need. My husband has referred his siblings, and now me. I highly recommend Dental Oral Care.

Today, I had my first visit at Dental Oral Care . I planned to arrive early. but a work call and 1604 construction traffic barely allowed me to get there on time. While on the way, the office sent a text to let me know they were ready for me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness. From that point on, the entire staff was beyond personable and informative. The receptionist and dental assistants were very friendly and helpful. The hygienist followed suit. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked questions and provided expert education and advice. I believe I had personal conversations with each staff member. I felt like I had been going there for years. My dental cleaning was one of the best I’ve had, including a great conversation with the hygienist. Finally, I met Dr. Hanna. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but soon I realized how friendly, approachable, and professional he was. I’m a firm believer in how any organization’s culture starts and ends with the top leader. Dr. Hanna started and ended with a smile. He knew exactly what needed to be done and made sure I was set up to get the treatment I needed. Overall, my experience was one of the best I’ve had in any situation as a patient or customer. I’d highly recommend going to Dental Oral Care for my family and anyone else who wants the best patient care, expertise, and customer service. Don’t wait to book your appointment with this amazing team!

First off, the front desk staff is awesome!!! In my opinion, they make a break a business. Very friendly and professional. Second, the dental assistants are so kind, caring and professional also!! I feel so blessed to have found Dr Hanna to take care of a tooth I had to have extracted. I have had very bad experiences with dentist which caused me not to go which led to loosing a tooth. He was so kind and gentle. I am now going to start a regular dental routine all because of my experience with this 5 star dental office!!!!

I have enjoyed both of my visits at Dental Oral Care. The staff is all extremely friendly and organized — their appointment reminders and communication is excellent.

My first visit was a cleaning and my hygienist was very thorough. When I met Dr. Hanna, he addressed my questions regarding dental bonding and they were able to schedule me in for a second appointment within the week to get it done! I’m very happy with the dental work. Thank you!

What a great experience. Dr Hanna is excellent and has such a kind and friendly personality. His staff is also very good. I was very impressed with all the work I’ve had done so far, he really knows his stuff. I have been referring people to them, and his prices are very fair.

I am a retired disabled veteran and was referred here by the VA. This was my first time visiting this clinic and I have to say that I was very impressed. Jessica welcomed me in as she reviewed my paperwork, making sure that everything was in order. I also noticed how clean and well organized the reception area was, as well as how clean the waiting area and restrooms were.

Liz then greeted me and did an amazing job with all of my x-rays and made sure that I understood everything that she was doing.

Melody, provided me with one of the best cleaning experiences I've ever had in a long while.

Dr. Hannah finished up with a thorough exam and I could really tell how very serious and attention to detail he is. He also has a great sense of humor.

The overall vibe here is so relaxing and peaceful. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment!

I had such a wonderful experience at Dental Oral Care! The personnel was extraordinary! Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. The Patient Coordinator - Jessica, was able to work with my schedule as well. She managed to move my appointment up, which was a big help. I also enjoyed my cleaning by the Dental Hygienist - Cherry! My cleaning was painless, quick and easy. I will continue my future oral care with Dental Oral Care, and will definitely recommend others!

The atmosphere is calming and very clean and professional. Each member of the care team has been kind, careful, gentle, and pleasant. I had a procedure involving 3 visits and each time was such a great experience. I adore that it is efficiently run by kind office staff. They even text you with the option to come early if they have openings that arise day. So happy to have found exceptional dental care!

To start off, the office staff is super friendly and very informative. They are good at communicating and made sure I knew all the information I needed. The cleaning by Dr. Hanna and the hygienist Aileen was a great experience. As they were doing the cleaning I was being informed of what they were seeing. Veteran referee by the VA here. Something veterans don’t get most of the time is the ability to select where they’d like to go so it’s always a question if the service being provided is going to be good. This location and team is excellent. They were very polite, informative and treated me respect. Definitely would recommend coming here for dental cleanings and such.

VA got me setup with this establishment and admittedly I had my speculations about "where the VA was going to send me." However, to sum in a single word, jackpot. Friendly, zero pain during exam and cleaning, excellent conversation. Huge shout out to Sherry... you madam, are awesome. 100% looking forward to coming back in 6 months, definitely moving my kid to this practice, and absolutely 10/10 recommend. Thanks ya'll!

My first time seeing Dr Hanna and felt very comfortable, unlike the last dentist that I had for years. The staff is very friendly and overall, I had a great experience!!

I had to call the office prior to my appointment because I got lost. The receptionist put someone on the phone who gave me very accurate directions. The entire staff was friendly and very professional.and immediately put me at ease. This was my first appointment made through the VA community care program. I was seen at my schedule appointment time with no waiting They took exrays and did an exam, ensuring throughout the entire appointment I was comfortable and informed. I definitely would recommend Dental Oral Care to anyone who has had a bad dental experience or fears the dentist. I appreciated the fact that they listened to my concerns and responded compassionately.
