Like the place, ambience, drinks and fries. Nice staff. Convenient market place with lots of asian options. Totally worth my time and money. Will be back again.

Great, comfy space with WiFi. Came for coffee, but got the green tea matcha waffle with fresh fruit and chocolate syrup. Staff was pleasant. Started to get busy around 10pm, so I guess it’s a later crowd. Studied for a few hours.

Great place to hangout and enjoy some good desert. Favorite desert here is the chocolate waffle with green tea ice cream and fruit. Delicious.

This Cafe has a cozy atmosphere. Great for doing some studying or just hanging out with friends. My favorite item to get here is the Piña Colada Smoothie.

Awesome coffee with a very calming atmosphere. I have been trying new coffee places in the area to do a little work. Also, there are 2 separate sections, one with tables and one with a more relaxing feel (including board games and cards) to enjoy with friends. Bonus - they have real food too!

Amazing atmosphere. Great staff. All very friendly and genuine! I’m very picky with my bubble tea and coffee but this place hits the spot. Very cool vibes and a lot to offer. Good place to hang out with friends, get some work done, come for a solo drink, or just play some games and relax for a bit. Definitely recommend, and I will DEFINITELY bring my friends here!!!!

Such a cute set up ! I love this location they have teas , shakes , tea and other nice desserts 🍨
They also have a good amount of seating for small groups or couples or just yourself , the staff is really nice and they also have board games.
10/10 will be coming back for a longer stay maybe to study !

Update: it's been a year now of bad experiences. The chicken wing basket used to be amazing, now it's gross. It has a bad texture. The cashier's are rude and inattentive. They don't even have jars for the mason jar refreshers. This was not one occasion, it's constant. I don't think I'll ever be back.

Everything in this establishment is excellent - the combination of colors on the walls, ceiling and hallway. The choice, quality and condition of the furniture and tables - the placement of the dividers and arrangement of everything in the restaurant was studied. The condition of the restrooms was immaculate, the staff were professional and the drinks were excellent. Many people in the Meetup group commented on the excellent drinks.

I went here with a few people last night and it was very tasty. I ordered the sweet potato fries and they were fantastic. My friends ordered the popcorn chicken and regular fries and the dumplings. Everything was very good and flavorful.

I go here almost every Thursday night to meet with a group of friends. This place is spacious, comfy, and quiet. However, I do go after 7, so I cannot say anything about earlier.
The menu here is very versatile! From the expected boba tea/coffee, they have small bowls of ramen, fries, chicken strips (I think, I don’t get these), tasty cakes, oranges! In addition, they have an extremely quick service time and a very friendly staff. They will bring your drink/food to you which is something I hadn’t expected.

The Mason jar drinks are really good. Would definitely recommend the drinks, and it has a nice atmosphere.

They have an extensive menu which includes everything from coffee, boba, hot tea pots, delicious refreshers and so much more! The owner and staff are also super sweet and very personable. I can’t wait to visit again and work my way through the menu!

This place has amazing bánh mi and coffee. I love coming here to work on paperwork or just to relax. The staff is super friendly, especially Nathaniel. The service industry needs more guys like him :) He greets everyone with a smile, knows the menu like the back of his hand, and does his best to make you feel welcome.

Wow! Java Land had the best vibes and the best drinks. They had comfortable couches and tables with outlets at every table in case you needed to work and be focused. Great vibes with great drinks! Highly recommend!

Love this place. We always end a trip to the Richardson China Town with one of their bubble teas. Great prices, especially during happy hour. The workers are always very friendly and get the drinks out quick.

I used to come here a lot just to chill and today I came after awhile since COVID hit and I go in and nobody is in the front,l. Waited like 10min and called out but nobody. So ended up just leaving. There were two other people behind me and we all just left cause nobody was in the front.

Update: So went back and they let us know that they are currently low on staff and the cashier had probably went to the restroom, which is very understandable so changing to 5 stars they deserve for their great taste and service! So if nobody is at the front, just know they might be working alone and might have step out to use the restroom!

Let me tell you... you want THE BEST BOBA? THE BEST TEA? THE BEST COFFEE? This is your spot!! Super chill, ultra cozy and amazing. Prices are extremely reasonable. I would come everyday if I could. Great for solo time or as a study group.

Absolutely love this place, the drinks are amazing. They have bubble tea. Ask for the mocha hot chocolate it is FANTASTIC.
Their fries are the bomb and the over all environment is very relaxing.

The atmosphere is warm and it's a charming place to relax over a bubble tea. I have a particular fondness for their delicious waffles with fruit and ice cream - which are so large that they're great for sharing.
