Took our new puppy for her first vet visit. The staff was wonderful and provided helpful information on vaccines necessary and those that were optional- I did not feel pressured, but instead educated so I could make informed decisions. I was provided with some helpful tips from Dr. Gil for our new pup. Results on exams were communicated promptly and the hours of the practice provided ample opportunity to pick up medicine. Thank you for taking such great care of our new one!

We have taken our dogs and cats to Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital since moving to San Antonio 2 1/2 years ago. Dr. Shaw is the best veterinarian we have every had since becoming pet owners 30+ yrs ago!!!! She is extremely competent, gentle with the pets, courteous with her clients spending time answering questions and providing recommendations, and very practical when it comes to providing recommendations for tests, treatments or procedures. She doesn't try to pressure into spending extra money on things that don't benefit your pet. Their costs are also very competitive with what we have experienced at other veterinary clinics/hospitals. We recently had our 14 1/2 yr old boarder collie go through a phase of declining health and his ultimate passing and Dr. Shaw and her staff were so kind, compassionate, and practical throughout the entire process. While it was a difficult journey, we always felt so comfortable with the treatments and comfort that they provided on this long and difficult journey. Dr. Shaw is truly awesome and we highly recommend Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital for your pets!!!!!!!!!!

Love this clinic! I have 4 pets and we moved last year and had to find something closer to our new home. I was so happy when my daughter find Dominion Crossing Veterinarian. Doctor takes her time to learn about each of my animals and they needs. They prices are very competitive too so it’s a big plus .

Awesome front staff who actually recognize your pet(s) and great, caring vet techs. The vets actually take time for your questions. Plus fair pricing and straight-forward communication. Love this place!

They were very kind and helpful with the passing of our DJ (little 15 year old Yorkie Silkie mix). They also were very patient and sweet with Lola (9 Year Old Standard Poodle). They were very close and the process allowed her to get closer too.

DCAH is a small practice with wonderful, personalized service. This was our first visit and we couldn’t have been happier. There were no crowds, virtually no wait, and the staff are polite and professional. They even had a welcome board at the reception desk with the names of all of the pets coming in that day for an appointment.

The veterinarians and staff are professional and do what they say and promised. All financials are quoted and discussed beforehand, so no surprises afterward. They do not pull surprise overnight stays and do keep you informed throughout the progress of procedures. And you speak with the doctors and not the technician only.

I ❤ this veterinary clinic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found out one of my pups has a heart murmur which was never diagnosed with previous vet. Clean and comfortable environment and hours of operation are a plus. Check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing 🌟 Amazing 🌟 experience! We took our Ozy for his first appointment here and it was probably the best experience we've had with any Vets office anywhere. Booking/requesting an appointment through the website was easy; communication through email and text was quick, friendly, and uncomplicated. After having a terrible experience a few years ago at an entirely different vet and office, these appointments have always given us an extra bit of anxiety or stress. But I can honestly say we felt really welcomed and heard here with Dr. Shaw aswell as with our vet tech who I cant remember the name of (I'm so sorry!) He was also fantastic! Having a senior cat is also a little more complicated but we felt like we were able to ask all questions unhurried, testing done quickly and professionally with fast results and overall was more reasonably priced compared to other places. The petpage app is also great to have and makes keeping up to date with vaccinations, testing and records really easy. Thank you all for making this such an easy, stress free experience 🌟

Rose the vet tech was very helpful and gave us lots of information we didn’t know about being first time puppy parents. We also got to meet Dr. Gil. She has a great disposition about herself. She talked with such love towards our new puppy, Monroe. We are happy we found this clinic! The price for an exam was $51 and lower than other places nearby. That had a lot to do with our decision making because the prices were low and the care and personalities were high! Looking forward to meeting the Vet from Texas A&M! Because we are Aggies too.

I'm very happy with how attentive Dominion Crossing is to both of my dog's wellness and vaccine records and schedule. They are are very organized, focused, and dont miss a single beat!

We were there for a routine check up on my dogs. Staff was very friendly. Labs resulted next day and they sent me a message informing me on results. Over all good experience!

Dr Shaw is a very caring and knowledgeable vet.

Our dog Maggie had a dental procedure on 12/22 and Dr Shaw and the techs took great care with our baby and made sure to follow up with us. We were kept apprised of the cost of the procedure and given an approximate estimate that was very close to the actual cost we ended up paying. The care and the manner that Dominion took to prepare us for both the surgery and follow up care was exceptional. Dr Shaw has a fantastic bedside manner. We greatly appreciate Dominion Animal Hospital and all their staff!!!

Convenient location right off I-10. Clean facility, professional staff. My dog is not the best behaved dog at the Vet, but Dr Shaw did a great job with him. Looking forward to continuing to use Dominion Crossing Animal Hospital for all my pet needs in the future.

Took a bit of time to get the appointment for my new rescue dog, but totally worth the wait! They were appropriately cautious not knowing the temperament of this pup, By the end they were loving on her! They were very considerate about our current dog and her well-being as well with the introduction of a new dog. I feel like they not only attend to the animals physical needs but also their emotional needs as well. Very comfortable with this facility and the people who work there.

Dr. Gil was amazing for my puppy’s first vet visit!! I was very nervous for him to get his shots but she provided the best comfort and care for my pup. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with every question I asked as a first time pup mom. I was very impressed with the customer service I was provided with starting with the receptionist setting my appointment all the way to the doctor visit. I was welcomed in such a warm environment. I recommend coming here for the best care!!!

Prissy seemed to adjust to her new veterinarian human. I was pleased at our experience.
