Riki is AMAZING! She solved all of my questions, helped me through the entire process, and made everything smooth for me. The same goes for the manager, Jerry; they are truly professionals in their field. I highly recommend buying here. This is the third car I have bought from them.

Riki and Mark were awesome! We didn’t feel pressured at all when picking which Atlas cross sport we wanted or the financing options available. All around great experience from the moment we walked through the door.

Riki was able to answer all of our questions and walked us through the features of each car we were looking at, she made sure we test drove all the cars we were interested in before starting the process. The purchase experience was phenomenal. I felt no pressure to purchase before I was ready, which I had received at another dealership during this purchase. I felt that the dealership was honest and straightforward and that there were no gimmicks in the pricing. Another dealership I visited was discounting prices by $5,000, but then adding a $3,000 required dealership fee to the final purchase price. I was very pleased to see North Park Volkswagen not do this as it seems to be something most dealerships are currently doing. I was also very pleased with the delivery experience. My salesperson went through all of the functions of the car in detail with me and made sure I left with a high level of understanding of how to use the features of the car. We also recently purchased an Audi, and the delivery experience was nowhere near as thorough or well done.

I recently bought my Lexus RX 350 from Chelley Mendoza at North Park VW mid December 2923. I keep cars a long time and had not been in the car market since 2018 (which is a shorter time than I expected). In this latest search, I had been in the car market since October 2023 and it is a completely different market. Folks were trying to sell cars at a premium that they were unwilling to repair, dressed up lemons…which is nothing like I was used to. I’m from DFW but found the car at North Park on Edmunds and it was reasonably priced with minor interior cosmetic damage on the center console. It was what I was used to in a car search. I decided to make the trip and called North Park to see if the car was still available. Chelley answered the phone that evening and proceeded to give superb customer service from the moment she picked up the phone until I left the dealership with the car (which the center console was fixed and they put two tires on the car along with some other fixes to make it lot ready). I am so happy she picked up the phone! She made the trip worthwhile. Also; after purchasing the car, she and Jerry (the manager) even gassed up the Lexus I purchased AND the rental I drove to San Antonio! What a class act.

I did not know anything about this dealership before this insane car search but now that I know they exist, I will always look to see what they have before purchasing another car. Chelley’s customer service and the dealership’s standards were so impressive that my mom will also consider North Park and work will work with Chelley when she is ready to purchase her next car. It was an amazing experience in this bleak car market. Give them a shot to earn your business! You won’t regret it.

Steve in service was phenomenal! This was the first time I’ve had him as my service advisor. This past weekend, I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Steve gave a detailed description of additional services recommended, without trying to “oversell” me. He kept me updated throughout the entire process until my vehicle’s service was completed. I even received my car back about 20 minutes sooner than what was originally estimated. I’ve been using North Park’s service department since 2017 when I originally purchased my Jetta, and although I have never had a negative experience- this was by far the best service experience I’ve had to date!

Kat was awesome! I went in trying to trade, had a few hurdles with the lease, but they went above and beyond to figure out a solution! Super super helpful and not at all pushy which so many sales people are. I am sooooo happy with my new Tiguan! Would definitely recommend 1000 times over!

***UPDATE***Very fast, good communication, had no issues...have to mention the repairs were recall, so didn't have to pay, but they did give me a lot of estimates based on their multi-point inspection, their prices are astronomical, but it's expected from a dealership. But if you have a recall, or the repairs are covered by the warranty, this dealership is excellent.

Buying a car has never been so easy. Riki Butler was thorough and clearly communicated the process every step of the way. From the helpful information sent via email, to the test-drive and completing all the paperwork, it was nice to have a no-pressure saleswoman helping me get the car I wanted. These folks take good care of you. I'd definitely recommend North Park VW to anyone considering any VW now or in the future.

I went in trying to purchase my first vehicle and can honestly say that I could not have had a better experience. I initially went in with the expectation of just looking at a vehicle but started to talk with Pablo Rodriguez and Mark Garcia. Chelley was absolutely amazing! She was personable, knowledgeable, timely, communicative, friendly, and made this the best car buying experience I’ve EVER had!

Our experience started with a simple online inquiry. Chelley reached out immediately, we had a great phone convo where she uncovered my wants and needs, and instantly sent pictures of the exact car that fit everything I wanted! She reserved the vehicle and we came to the dealership the next day - my fiancé and I literally laughed and joked with her throughout the process while STILL getting all tasks completed in an efficient manner.

A week prior, we had visited another VW dealer in the area, and the experience was awful. The sales person at the other dealer was clearly more interested in making a sale on a vehicle we didn’t want, than actually listening to our wants and needs. He should take some notes from Chelley; Chelley listened and she DELIVERED on everything we could ever ask! The GM at the dealer also took the time to bring our 1-year old son a stuffed dog - they took such good care of us!
