I brought my car in to be serviced due to some oil issues. Luckily, I was glad to see I had Marcos Trejo as my advisor. He’s been my service advisor in the past, so I knew I’d be in good hands. And of course, he did not disappoint. He took good care of my car and ensured all of my questions were answered honestly and with my best interest at the forefront of every recommendation. Great experience, they make you feel part of the family. From now on I will not buy another car than Audi. My salesperson Abraham Garcia and Finance Manager Ross they do anything for you in order to make you feel unique and special!! Also Steven is my service advisor and he’s great, I would recommend him to anyone.

I went to get my vehicle serviced and I was taken care of by Corey W. I received excellent customer service, updates on vehicle status, and an overall great experience. Highly recommend going to Corey if you want your vehicle serviced while also getting VIP treatment. Oh and I was able to get shuttled back and forth from dealership. Great customer service from Chantel and her finance department. We came in and traded two cars and needed our payment to be about the same or lower for 2 vehicles and that’s exactly what they did….met our every need and are very happy with our new 2023 Audi Q-5. I like it better than our Volvo we traded. If ever in need of a new vehicle we will certainly seek help from Chantel and the sales team at Audi/Dominion. No frills, no tricks or gray area, just good honest customer care and that’s what makes loyalty posible.

Adam Yarbrough service advisor was the best! After a complete electrical failure on my Q8 due to alternator, Adam got me up a running as fast as possible. He was always quick to communicate about the repair and keep me updated almost daily. It took about a month as Audi is backed up nationally on the issue, but Audi Dominion was the best, providing a loaner and performing all the repairs correctly the first time.

Service Advisor Jorge Garza did a great job keeping me timely informed of the progress of repairs on my Q5. When I picked up my vehicle, he went over the repairs with me and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service with Jorge. I will definitely schedule with him in the future.

Erick took great care of my Q7 and kept me informed the whole time! He greeted me with a warm smile and professionally addressed all my concerns as soon as I arrived. Steven Sanchez was the best service advisor ever! Helped us out with our cars issue as soon as we arrived. He made sure to explain everything that needed to be done on the car as well as which work to prioritize first. Also helped us with an issue after we took the car home, he helped us sort out the issue and resolved it the next day. Mr. Sanchez is an excellent Audi brand representative with great communication skills, patience, and high caliber of professionalism. Always answers your call and keeps you updated on what is happening with the mechanics. The service on the car was done well. This is why we trust and always come here for repairs to be done on the car over others.

I love Jorge Garza, everything I need is always arranged for me and I feel very grateful for his attentiveness and thoroughness in servicing my vehicle.

I loved the videos from the mechanic who was performing all the services. Videos were timely, very thorough and not condescending at all.

I was allowed to drive home in a loaner because they wanted to double check on a service in the morning and then Henry brought car home to my house.
