We recently had an incredible experience at this dealership, largely thanks to an extraordinary representative—Maria (my apologies if I've misremembered her name). We drove from Houston in our Model 3, low on battery, and Maria went out of her way to charge it for us, even though the dealership doesn't typically offer public charging options. Later, we picked up our new Model Y, which was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared for us. Maria didn't stop at merely handing over the keys; she provided an extensive tour of our new vehicle, gave us valuable tutorials, and helped us configure the settings just the way we like them. This level of individualized and thoughtful service is truly rare. A heartfelt thank you to Maria and the entire team at the dealership for making our visit both memorable and enjoyable!

Amazing gallery, friendly people, they help you out and let you test drive the cars. You have to order the cars online though, and the model 3 will take 12-18 months for delivery. Overall great.

From the first moment I walked in one random day during the week to sit in a model 3, a sales lady chanted “Dilly Dilly” as I walked in the doors! Caught me off guard for a moment cause I forgot I had worn that shirt, but that stuck with me and still does that just wouldn’t happen anywhere else. Gone are the days you have to deal with a normal car salesperson and spend hours at the dealer. These people are passionate of their product and mission. Few days later I ordered one online. Every single person I dealt within Tesla (local or non-local) was just so professional and on their game! I took delivery yesterday (3/29) and a sales guy volunteering to help the delivery side took me through the steps and explained his tips and tricks he learned from his model 3. Highly recommend this location! If I can convince the wife to switching to electric....we me see you in a couple years for Model Y!

I hate having to take my car in... That being said everyone who works here is fantastic. They are responsive, caring and made sure that everything was done correctly. Got a loaner each time I needed to leave my car and it was easy and fast. I've read horror stories about tesla services centers.... Not here!

This is not a dealership, its a show room! Have you ever wanted to look at or drive a Tesla? JUST GO! There are no salespeople here, you can’t buy one here, can’t discuss price. Just a place to test drive, experience, and service your Tesla. The staff is great, service department is top notch! You HAVE to go drive one!

The experience at a Tesla dealer is one of a kind in many aspects. Their employees offer more of an educational experience opposed to haggling for sales. These are premium vehicles and if you are already serious about purchasing a Tesla then I'm sure you have spent the time researching the capabilities and benefits to owning one. Otherwise, there is a very helpful small staff that can help you discover the Tesla electric vehicle lineup. I had a thoroughly good experience and my future Tesla purchase only feels more enforced.

I had a very lovely experience today at Tesla SA. I had no appointment but stopped in because my brand new model y was not holding windshield wiper fluid. They were very friendly and eager to help. They took it right in no problem and gave it a quick look, diagnosed the small issue, and fixed it right up. It took about 20 minutes start to finish.

Great service even during lockdown with safe measures and touchless delivery. Everything was ready when we went for Model Y pickup along with little cute souvenir of Model 3.

While the buying process is a bit cumbersome, the staff was very helpful, and made it one of the most pleasant car buying experience yet!

Very nice experience visiting and ordering a Model Y Long Range. Now is probably the time to order the Model Y! The discounts make it the way to go right now. $13,000 cheaper than last week!

Went in for service today and have never felt so comfortable at a service center in my life. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. I had an issue with one of my tires as well and they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and safe on my way out. Jordan was especially great! Thank you to the whole Tesla team!

Employees are super duper nice and informative about the cars. And it doesn’t feel like they are pressuring you into buying a car. They also let you take ‘‘em for rides. 😁

In vacation and was curious about the Tesla but not in the market for a new vehicle. Was very impressed, great environment different from you traditional dealers. Salesman very knowledge and not pushy at all. Short on time did not test any vehicles. But they did spark my interest in going back to test drive and maybe a future purchase.
