We had the best time at this place. Wonderful service, our waiter was so kind! Music on the weekends. :) They had tasty food, drinks and desserts. Can’t wait to go back. We sat outside on the porch and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The food is exceptional 💜

Hi. First time I've ever been. The food was perfect. Everything we had was perfectly cooked! The shrimp, fish and beef were amazing. The waiter was very attentive and welcoming. I ordered a paloma and it just didn't taste right-it's rare for me to send anything back but I had to. I asked if they could add more juice once I got it back it was fine. The other drinks were incredible. I'm definitely coming back.

Stopped in to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we were greatly surprised with the entire experience! Absolutely everything, from the service, the friendliness, the hospitality & THE FOOD was next level! This place is truly a hidden gem. We had Queso fundido, salmon, mole enchiladas. Most definitely recommend the short drive out. Well worth it!

First time attending Grey Moss Inn to celebrate an anniversary , it was absolutely beautiful inside and outside . The waiter Diego was kind to my family and me , the food was absolutely delicious . The Sweet Tea in my opinion also stood out , super delicious. The chicken mole , rice , and beans were perfect . The bathroom was so pretty ! While we were leaving a saxophone player was playing , this place truly feels like you’re in a movie scene . Looking forward to coming again and trying new menu dishes .

The people were great! We had amazing food and drinks! We went at night but it looked like a great outside area too! You can dress up or wear a casual sweater. The deserts were incredible! I loved this place! Very much recommended!

I visited San Antonio to see my family and they took me out for dinner to this lovely restaurant. The food was amazing and service was very friendly. We started with crostini de camaron,empanadas and baked potatoes with cheese and jalapeño peppers. Then we had the filet mignon, chicken and shrimp fajitas. The tortillas were served in an insulated sleeve that kept them hot and they were delicious! We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

This is an extremely unique Mexican restaurant...

Traveling down Scenic Loop Road you come across the laid back city of Forest Grey. Traveling at 30 mph you are are filled with wonder and marvel of the view. Does this city really exist?

You glance over to see an interesting building with the name Grey Moss Inn. It's four o'clock so their sign is lit up beckoning you to enter. This property and building is so unique and inviting. Before you enter you know you found "the place". And you know you will be back. THIS is going to be an amazing adventure, you just know it.

Being a party of one I sat at the bar. The drinks are so well-balanced and full of flavor. The food was incredibly delicious and not too salty. Plenty of dishes to choose from on the menu.

The family-staff was so warm and friendly. The service was spot on.

I don't know what else I can say about this place other than, dont take my seat at the bar!

I hope one day soon you find yourself wandering down Scenic Loop and find yourself at Grey Moss Inn. You will not find a better atmosphere and cuisine.

It was delicious. Hubby had appetizer and I had fish tacos. Our alcoholic drinks were beer and Paloma. Corn tortillas fabulous, brought some home. By request Habanero hot sauce...so yummy.

Checked out the new cuisine at Grey Moss. Great authentic food. All food was good and service on point. The outdoor patio will be nice soon. We will be back for other picks on the 7 page menu.

The restaurant has great service and delicious! I love that you can be indoors or outside, very cozy.

This place is surprising. It is my first time visiting it to celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday and I was amazed by the food. It tastes excellent. The space we reserved was beautiful, just like the entire place, and the service was first class. I loved everything. I hope to visit this wonderful place again from Austin Texas. Thanks to the owner and all the service people. Blessings.

100% recommend! We ate outside and enjoyed the live music along with our delicious meal. I had a taco plate that came with four different tacos - ALL delicious and and it was great to sample all the tacos they offer. Wonderful menu idea! My husband had an enormous plate of chilaquiles that he says was the best he ever tasted. The place is gorgeous and well worth the scenic drive out there!

What an awesome experience! Met Ezequiel Silva the manager and he was amazing, the place the staff, the food! Brian our server did an awesome job recommending and he wasn’t joking! The filet mignon was just right, the beef fajitas were soft, the rice was just like my mom used to cook it, not to mention the beans, what an amazing experience. I will always come back for more.

First time here and absolutely loved it! There was hardly a wait time, the food came out quick and was DELICIOUS! Couldn’t think of a better atmosphere for a Saturday night. Just loved this place!

We enjoyed the food here. I had the Chili Relleno which was packed with picadilo and potatoes. My husband had the chicken flautas which were rolled in tasty corn tortillas. Both came with Spanish rice and mine also came with refried beans. My husband's beer was nice and cold my tea was okay, overall a tasty meal. The server was really good he made sure we were doing well without being intrusive. Food came out quickly and hot. Then we ventured out to the patio where a duo was playing and I must say they were fantastic. Come take a drive through beautiful Scenic Loop and have a good meal, we will certainly be back!

First opened in 1929. Loads of atmosphere. Old house with outdoor courtyard for indoor/outdoor dining. We had excellent service. Generous portions. Heated plates to keep food warm (important to us). A senior or military discount would have been a bonus.

This quaint and beautiful restaurant has a pleasant romantic charm. A relaxing atmosphere and Chef Kala addressed my vegan diet with a filling and delicious platter. The food is wonderful, the service is fantastic. I can't wait to have dinner here again.

This was our first time here and it definitely won't be our last. If you're looking for a wonderful dining experience with beautiful architecture, exceptional service, unique flavor, and fascinating history, then this is where you want to go. Perfect for date night, birthday dinner, or even a friendly outing. The food and atmosphere will have you smiling from your table back to your car. Great family owned restaurant.
