The Reserve San Antonio

My experience at The Reserve has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Matt at the office. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make me feel at home. Matt's dedication to ensuring residents feel comfortable and valued truly sets The Reserve apart. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond make all the difference. I highly recommend The Reserve, and I especially want to thank Matt for his professionalism and friendly demeanor. It's rare to find someone who consistently goes the extra mile, and Matt does it with ease. Thank you for making every interaction a positive one!

Impressed by the Apartment and Nick's Assistance

I recently toured The Reserves on Babcock and was very impressed with the overall experience. The apartment itself was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Nick.

Nick was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was also very friendly and accommodating, making the tour informative and enjoyable. Thanks to Nick's amazing job, I left the tour feeling confident that The Reserves on Babcock could be my new home.

Nice apartments with well kept amenities and opportunities to participate in community activities and events hosted by the Leasing Office. Maintenance requests take a while but are always taken care of. Every time I go to the office, Avery is always there to help and is very kind and patient when doing so/has a great attitude all the time :) The overall staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you go to them with any questions or concerns in the office, they even helped me put up a missing pet poster in the office for my missing cat Yams which I greatly appreciate 🙏

I had a fantastic tour at The Reserve apartments, all thanks to Avery! She was incredibly nice and made everything go smoothly. Avery’s detailed knowledge and welcoming attitude really made a great impression on me. Highly recommend her for anyone considering this place.

Overall loved it here and was able to see first hand how employees engaged with residents. Personally i had a beyond pleasant experience with a staff member named Julie, she was able to help me get back into my room after accidentally getting locked out 😅 she was literally a lifesaver!!

The staff is incredibly helpful and transparent! When doing my tour my tour guide Nick really helped me choose this apartment by being as transparent as possible about his and his peers experiences living there. I move into the apartment next semester and can’t wait!

My son will be attending school in San Antonio in the August 2024 I was looking for housing for him and came across these apartments. Stopped in and spoke with Nicholas. He was able to explain the rent and amenities. He also told me how far the commute would be to and from the stores and everything around the area. Nicholas was very professional and informative.

The Reserve is a very nice place to live! The front staff is very nice and helpful, especially Avery! She has been helping me for the past few days and she even called to make sure I had everything I needed!

This place is pretty cool I have lived here for almost 2 years and and it’s been pretty cool, I just need them to fix my closet door please. Shout out to NICK, JULIE, MATTHEW and AJ, they are always really cool with me and my roommates and they always go out of their way to help everyone out and make sure that everyone is happy. Without them the reserve office wouldn’t be the great place it is today.

I recently have been having some roomate issues, We explained the situation to the front office managers and we were able to move out of that unit within a week!! Nick was super helpful with getting us our new keys and assisting us with any of our concerns.

Nicholas provided exceptional assistance when I needed help with something. He was incredibly nice and made the process quick and efficient. A big thank you to him for his outstanding service!

Great apartment complex. I met Julie who gave me an exceptional and professional tour of the complex. Good sized apartments very close to campus. I will definitely be signing up for summer!

10/10 receptionist, Julie is really sweet and professional when it comes to her job. She was extremely patient when it came to all my questions on the place. makes me wish every reserve had a receptionist like her.

I called in on Saturday and had the pleasure of speaking with Nicholas. I was in search of accommodations for the fall. Just based on the professionalism that Nicholas showed, I am confident that I will be signing my lease at the Reserve. Nicholas assured me that this would be the place I want to live, give me a competitive rate compared to other apartments I called in the area. Thank you Nicholas for being patient and breaking everything down for me. :)

Ever since I moved in I always had great experiences with the guy at the front Desk named Nate ! He’s kind, fast and efficient and very understanding and also willing to Help understanding situations going on and quick to help find resources to help me out when needed!

So far so good here, there are some concerns but nothing that has really deterred me since my experience has been good so far. The staff is very nice especially Nicholas who always helps me out with issue or when I’m picking up my packages!

Nick had great customer service throughout the school year. Matthew had AWESOME so has the rest of the front staff. Julie, AJ, Avery, & TRINITY!

Everyone at the front office have been super cool and helpful, but shout out to my guy Nicholas! He’s definitely been a really big help since this is my first time getting an apartment and I appreciate him greatly!

The guy at the front, Nicholas, is a really chill dude and easily helps me out whenever I come down and needs something. He’s also a very pleasant sports guy and always keeps me up to date on the latest college football news
