Best Buy Windows and Siding

My window prodject went smoothly from start to finish. The installation crew showed up on time and even helped me move some furniture so they could do their work. They installed 11 windows in my family room in 3.5 to 4 hours I was impressed with their work and windows! They cleaned up after themselves which was a great help.. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting quality windows without breaking the bank with excellent customer service.

We had 24 windows installed by Bestbuy Windows. I can honestly say it was a great experience and we love our new windows. They are very good quality IMO and look great. I know they will also help with my energy bills. I have to mention the crew. Orlando and his crew let me know right away their goal was to make sure I was completely satisfied. He answered all my questions, took care of any concerns, and really went above and beyond what I had expected. It really took the worry out of it for me because I’m very particular.. ha… and Orlando made sure I was happy for the day and a half process. So I highly recommend Bestbuy and Orlando if you’re thinking about buying windows. They did a great job for us and we love them so far

Very, very pleased with product and workmanship! Both installers very professional. Very efficient, protected furniture with plastic covering and vacuumed. Best Buy Windows did a great job! Their price was way cheaper than, let me just call them ABC Windows for the sake of clarity. ABC Windows were knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I allowed them to give me an estimate. ABC Windows were at my house for several hours and didn’t leave until around 9 PM. The cost of installing two doors was more than the cost of installing eighteen windows with Best Buy Windows! This is how I figured out that their prices are very high as I asked for an estimate without the two doors. These were plain doors. I began looking for someone else. My friend gave me a list of referrals from her HOA. Only Best Buy Windows were energy star certified from the list and they had excellent reviews. They were so patient, even going beyond their call of duty. Also, their estimate took less than an hour. Their financing options are great also. I love my new windows!

The salesperson I dealt with listened to what my needs were, showed me the options and was in and out in 45 minutes. It was refreshing after sitting through four other presentations for two hours each and not listening to my needs and trying to up sale the job the entire time. He was also very responsive to my followup questions prior to the start of the job.The windows were installed quickly and with minimal mess. The installers were thorough and answered all my questions. The price for both windows and installation was almost half of my other 3 quotes. I highly recommend Best Windows and siding.

First of all the appointment was quick unlike other window companies that waste 3-4 hours of your day to upsell you on the same window. They were straight to the point on the window options during our appointment and were were very honest about cost from the beginning. They ultimately gave me a quote that was 40% the cost of name brand companies and the windows are basically identical in quality, features and warranty. The greatest part of this project was the 6.5 foot picture window shown in the pictures which all other companies told me was not possible but they made it happen and exceeded our expectations. The installers were friendly, respectful and completed all 12 windows in under 5 hours. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend these guys to everyone in search of a quality product from an outstanding company.

Highly recommended! This company follows through and does exactly what they promise. The salesman was a true professional. Gave us several options to choose from. The company measured twice before ordering to ensure the right sizes were ordered. The installation staff were quiet and respectful. The windows for our whole house were installed in 1.5 days as promised. They look fantastic.

Ray came out to speak with us about purchasing windows. He was professional and very polite, not pushy like the other competitor that came out. He said it might take up to 3 months for the windows to be built but in just over a month we received a call from Shelly to schedule our installation. She was nice and very patient while I had to go through my work schedule to find a day that worked. The installers came out on time and went straight to work. They cleaned up inside the house and outside. They worked quickly and were nice and polite. Ray called the same day to follow up on our thoughts and experience. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied and didn’t have any concerns. Call them for your windows you will be very happy.

We got quotes from good great companies when we installed new windows and chose Best Buy for their pricing and professionalism. We installed new windows in the whole house and they finished in a day and a half. The salesman I spoke with answered all my questions and brought samples for me to look at. The two men who did the installation did a great job and cleaned up very well as they completed each room. We've had them for a few weeks now and they look great.

I have a house built n 1941 that had the original windows. Best Buy did an outstanding job at a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more. Took their time and did it right. I WOULD NOT hesitate to use them again.

i got their advertised 10 window special. sales process was great. salesperson didn't take 3 hours like some other window companies. very straight forward. good install communication and product was very good. no surprises. windows look great and I would use again.

I shopped around to find a company which would service my home, which is in a remote area. Best Buy did not hesitate to step up. The windows are perfect! The installation went great and the installers were really nice guys. My 55-year-old house is quieter, has no wind blowing in, and stays much cleaner. I highly recommend this company.

I got 11 Windows installed at a great price in November. Now it's January and the temperature is dropping to 12 degrees and I can see and feel the improvements in the temperature inside my house. Very happy with my purchase. I love the upgraded look and extra warmth I feel inside my home.

Richard was informative, knowledgeable and to the point. He didn't take 3 hours like the other companies I called for estimates. I told Richard I was on a very tight budget and he guided me to different window options I had to save money. There was no pressure to buy that day. From beginning to end, Best Buy Windows and Siding surpassed my expectations in guest service, communication, and transparency for a first-time buyer like myself. When we started the process back in April 2021, I was made aware of the shortage of window supplies and the sales representative was very thorough with not only his demeanor, presentation, and visuals, but he was also very attentive and helpful. His estimate on the when BBW&S would be able to install was reasonable given the present day circumstances of global recovery and supply chain challenges. On the day of installation, the gentleman provided a 30-minute call ahead, and arrived exactly on time. They were very courteous and patient, listened to my concerns and took great care in both the removal of the old windows and installation on the new ones. I had all 10 /single story windows replaced and they completely finished the entire job, including any touch-ups and clean-up in about 3 1/2 hours, wow! Outstanding!!! The house is so much cooler, quieter, and cozier now! I love, love, love, love my beautiful new windows!!! Already three of my neighbors have noticed and complemented on how great they look! Our window job was done today and the windows and installation was above flawless. Rafael and his brother have us a awesome install. Caulking was flawless,
along with leaving the job completely clean. The tear out was tough but the guys did a great job! I would use Best Buy again and recommend them to others. Thank you for a great price and great experience!

I bought my house 4 years ago and it was built in 1985 and had the original aluminum windows and some screens on the outside that were bowed and let bugs in easily. The windows were hard to open and from the foundation shifting through the years there were gaps and cracks for air to get in.

Best Buy Windows was one of 3 quotes I got. Jim Rudolph was the salesman and he was very informative about the product. I got a quote for 10 replacement windows MI1620 series. I like the energy efficiency, the look and simple style of the single hung units as well as the security of the aluminum reinforced center bar.

They completed the install in less than a day and Rafael and his crew Angel and Elmi were fantastic! I was worried about my flowers and irrigation system but they did a good job of being careful and didn't damage any of them. They sealed the windows and got everything trimmed out and gave the house a facelift.

Now I can open the window with one hand, slides easily, and the screens fit perfectly. My view is better and I am so happy with the quality of product and service that I received. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
