Good people but tried to make me feel bad about my dad not being able to keep the storage unit because he is in a nursing home with congestive heart failure we go everything out of the unit that we could and a lady said she was willing to try and sell or donate what was left

I had a storage unit here for over a year. It wasn’t until I moved right next door that I realized people were breaking into this place every other day. Unfortunately I found out by taking my dog on a walk and seeing people dig threw my stuff. Trying to be safe I called the cops as they drove away with two of my $300 kayaks. Upon calling the owners to get video footage (since there are cameras on each end of the rows) they admitted that they were fake, the break Ins happen frequently, and there are no police reports filed. I didn’t really care about the fact tI couldn’t get compensated for my items because I knew that when I signed the rental agreement. What really ticked me off was the fact that they seemed so unbothered by the fact that our stuff was taken in the first place because it’s such a normal thing. After asking around on Facebook multiple other people said this was the case with their units too. I wouldn’t even put cheap items in these units because all of my sentimental items I’ve kept for years were torn threw and thrown around. I wish I knew better but I guess experiences are what teaches you lessons. Please learn from my mistake before you create your own.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING! We have been leasing a unit here for over a year now. A few days ago our unit was broken into and our belongings were stolen and destroyed. Upon filing a police report, we found out from the owner of the units that all of their security cameras are fake and that the units have been getting broken into for some time now. Yet none of the people leasing the units were informed, and no police reports were even filed because it is "bad for business". Wish I would've known this before renting from these people, it is an absolutely unsecure and unprofessional business with no regard for their clientele!

DON’T DO IT! These units are NOT secure, false security provided by fake cameras, if you ask around a little bit, you’ll find several people in town who have had their units here broken into over the years before moving to other storage facilities. Don’t learn the hard way like the rest of us have…These owners don’t care, they think it’s “unfortunate” when hundreds of dollars of your property is stolen from their units and they won’t even bother to report it to the police or let the patrons know it’s happening. This place should not be in business. SHADY!!

URGENT NOTICE:
This establishment is very poorly maintained and thru a very bad experience we found out the cameras on the property are NOT REAL😾
They have one job!!!!!! To keep my belongings safe but don’t put any true protection in place???? This is unacceptable and I will be moving to a safe place just a mile away

Don’t recommend. Rats, no online payment, grouchy staff. Cheap prices are t worth it. Look elsewhere.
