Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital

I have been coming here for about eight years now. The staff, the doctors, the ladies at the front desk and techs are all the greatest. I have had several doggy issues with both of my dogs for the last couple years. Dr. Hughes has been extremely patient with me. I’ve had multiple visits. They always take the time to explain what exactly is going on. They follow up on how my dogs are doing. By far the best service and compassion I have ever received from any veterinary practice. I would definitely recommend Spring Branch Vet to anyone.

Dr. Horstmann and the tech Vanessa were wonderful with my reactive German Shepherd. They tried a new strategy with him and it worked great. We had considered trying a different vet after 3 visits because he was so unmanageable but they were wonderful with him and we will continue to be a patient there. Great experience.

SBVH is my first choice in veterinary practices. They have a great team of doctors, excellent technicians and very hard working office staff. If one of my four dogs or my Bombay cat don't look quite right I can call them and be assured my pet will be seen asap and quite often on the day I call. That is a tremendous service and a great stress reliever. They are quick to inform you of test results and always make follow up calls checking on how my guys are doing post-visit or surgery. Lastly, my little fellow Pedro thoroughly enjoys his visits to SBVH and being fawned over. He says they're the best and he doesn't fib! Thanks SBVH!!

Took my pup to see the vet and our expectations were beyond met. The staff was so awesome and the Veterinarian was amazing!! Got my pup fixed all up in a very timely manner with care. Well be back for all his future services. Thank you!

I called for an urgent appointment after not being able to get to our “regular” vet cause they didn’t have any appointments available. (Mind you, I called 1 minute after they opened for the day)
Everyone was so kind and loving to my very sick girl. Communication by Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing. I feel like she definitely went above and beyond after getting a second opinion from an internal medicine veterinarian. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. I am moving my pets to Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital full time after my 2 day experience here. Thank you for helping my girl!

The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing! This is the only place I will bring my dogs because I know they are going to be well taken care of. ❤

Spring Branch Vet is amazing. Great caring team to take care of our dogs. Got us in last minute and quick appointment to get our dog on the mend.

I am so pleased with everyone at this clinic! Our dog ripped his nail out over the weekend while we were out of town. As soon as we got back into town they got us in. Ashley the vet tech took such good care of him! She’s so kind and knowledgeable and our dog warmed up to her right away. Dr. Duncan is professional and very knowledgeable as well. We left the office feeling very confident in the care our dog received. The front staff are just as friendly. It makes me feel good knowing our dog is always in caring hands.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They went above and beyond for our family and took amazing care of our boxer. We are so grateful we found Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital.

I have been using this vet practice for a couple of years. I always feel that my pet is well cared for by any of the vets that we may see. They are always compassionate and listen to any questions and concerns.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs were friendly, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. They truly seem to care about your pet as if it were one of their own.

I love that they have same day appointments. I called around 8:00 in the morning having concerns about my dog possibly having an ear infection. They saw him at 9:30 that morning!!

We've brought our pets, dogs and cats, here for over 15 years. One of our rescues, Lola, had many serious issues: heart worms, skin problems, and heart issues. We know that the excellent, loving care she received extended her life by years. Office staff, techs and vets are wonderful. We have seen Dr. Hughes many times through the years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Spring Branch Vet Hospital.

We moved to the Spring Branch/Canyon Lake area in April and are so fortunate to have found Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital. The doctor and staff have been very attentive with me and with my sweet dog, Maggie. Maggie has been very sick over the last few months. Dr. Baas has gone out of her way many times to consult with other doctors, call me and ask how Maggie is doing and recommend ways to help her feel better. Last week, we almost lost her. I pulled into the vet with Maggie in my back seat in shock. A technician came running out to the car and immediately knew what to do. Dr. Baas (and everyone) was kind and caring and helped both Maggie and I through the crisis. I highly recommend this hospital and cannot thank them enough for how they have treated our family.

Can't say enough kind words about them! The staff are always kind and caring (even when I have both dogs AND both my kids in the office at once). They are quick to see our two dogs when needed, and prices do not seem to be inflated like other Vets we have used in the past.

My normal vet was closed for several days and my dog had a tooth emergency. I called SP vet hospital and they got me in the same day. Everyone was the sweetest to my fur baby. They were also super informative about my choices and what was going on with my dogs tooth.
