Great hometown cleaners! Personable, competent and timely; never had a bad experience over last 2 years. They replaced a broken button for me, that’s above and beyond. Lara, the manager is great!

Price gouging: when a seller spikes the price of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair, and is considered exploitative, potentially to an unethical extent. Price gouging usually occurs after a demand or supply shock...(There has not been a mass shut down of dry cleaners in the immediate area.)

Price gouging: practices of a coercive monopoly which raises prices above the market rate that would other wise prevail in a competitive environment.(There are 2 different dry cleaners within 2 miles of the dry cleanes in question)

So it is incorrect to say this dry cleaners is price gouging.
It would seem logical that with the cost of living rising every year the costs of products and services that are offered to the public will also rise. It also seems logical that the consumer would want to inquire with different companies as to their prices prior to requesting any services so the consumer is aware of what they will be paying.

Please have the facts right before accusing a company of unethical or illegal practices.

One of the few that will still do a spot clean only on formal wear, good job, great price, friendly service.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. They have alway been upfront and honest about costs. Prices seem reasonable and comparable.

Did a good job starching my clothes, but lost a few pairs of jeans. They did find em the next day. I also had em wash a week's worth of my laundry, now I'm short a week's worth of socks. Lol won't be back.

They take out stains very well, but when it comes to starch it’s seems like if they press it only no starch was pretty upset

Prices are alittle high

Place is terrible! Picked up pants and they were not even starched or creased, had a shirt missing. It smells awful in there !

In the beginning of December I dropped off a pair of pants to get hemed 2 ins. I was told they would be ready no later than December 22nd (wasn't ready by the 22nd) so after Christmas I called to check status and they hadn't even started. I was told that alterations are sent to a lady named Rose who is the manager of the cowboy cleaners off Blanco/Hubner. I was told they would be in in a couple of days so I checked back and still nothing. The manager Lara called Rose and had me talk to her. Rose told me the pants were on the delivery truck on the way. I was there when the driver arrived but there were no pants. Rose then changed her story and said she would get them out the next morning. Still several days later.. no pants. Finally on January 9th, I go to pick up the pants and I'm shocked at the horrible hem job. She hemed 3 in instead of two so they are too short and she used white thread on a dark pair of pants. One of the owners said I could fill out a claim form but didn't know how long it would take because she had to show it to her sister. Bad business! Whatever reason to not have them done on time.. Don't lie to your customers and when the job is not done properly... make it right.

I’ve used them before and my clothes came back smelling like mildew and I was going to let it go and not review, just count it off. However the woman working the store came out to yell at me for being in the drive through of the business next door and rolled her eyes and was extremely upset simply because the lady working couldn’t park a truck right and decided that I was the problem. Very very rude staff, and poorly done work. Do not come here if you want things clean, or if you’re looking for polite staff.
