There is an ATM at this location.....but it’s behind 2 sets of doors inside of building C.

Parking is readily available and the ATM is accessible from 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.

The ATM was a newer version and worked flawlessly!

This experience was 100 million times superior to the visits I have made at the Hwy 380 location.

Too bad this location is only open M-F.

I am trying to track down a lost check, likely delivered to this address. Any phone number to call?

The reason I am posting here is because I assume it’s the Corporate location. I have no issues with My local Branch Location it’s the Agents that are over the phone that my issues have stemmed from. I have had not 1but 2 issues within this month alone and enough is enough! On 06/13/2021 I received a notification that the Claim I submitted on 06/02/2022 was completed and My Claim denied, Now the issue is I know the proper Investigating measures that are needed to bring RESOLUTION, JUSTICE and most importantly MY STOLEN MONEY in the amount of 1270.00 was not Followed or Put into Action. It was After receiving alerts that possible fraudulent activity was happening in my account from Bank Of America is what alarmed Me to calm and submit a claim. I verified that I did not authorize the transactions and was issued a new card and reassured that I would have zero liability for the stolen funds because They have the best interest of the Consumer and how Sorry they was that this happened To Me and the protective measures to take in the future so i wouldn’t fall victim again. She was so empathetic and let me know that I would still be able to pay My Bills with The digital card on the mobile app until I received My New one in the mail , also I was informed that the Process could take anywhere from. 30-90 days so being that they wouldn’t want Me to have to wait throughout the whole process, they would reward a temp Credit if Not the Next Day (which is typically what happens) but no later than 10 Business days. I never got connected with that Agent again and I spoke to 4 Agents outside of Her between 06/02- 06/13/2022. After all the back and forth to My surprise the night before the 10th business day which is when I would’ve be refunded My aMy Claim had been investigated and a decision of DENIED was the outcome. Well I don’t understand that decision at All and refuse to allow someone to have taken My Money and The Bank that I trusted to secure it and Protect it just Make A Liar out of Me as if They can . I will take this to who and whom ever needed because The Policies You have set in place for Your Banking Customers are not being put In place for Our Needs but only for The Banks Needs!

Yes there is an ATM at this location.
Yes it is indoors, and is about 20-25 feet Beyond 2 sets of class doors. Yes it is one of BOFA newer machines.
Like the other post below, BofA Customers are not allowed to use this machines outside of the " Building hours "
which seems to be whenever there On duty security guard chooses.
The times I tried: A Monday morning-ish, Wednesday around noon, A Friday early afternoon; and for S & G's a Saturday ( the doors where open and I was able to almost stick my card in the Machine.)

So the day they where closed I had the best chance to make a deposit.

I have been to the location many times, because the location is Convenient. However every time I have visited this ATM (at least tried to use This ATM) I have been informed that I'm not allowed to use the machine.

ATM available only to people who work inside the building (told by security). It doesn’t make any sense.

No longer a BOA
