My fiancée got me the wedding band and I got the engagement ring and wedding band as a set. THEY JUST EXCEED OUR EXPECTATION AND GORGEOUS! We got everything custom ordered through Ahmad. He is very honest and hard worker to get you the best deal possible. They are owned and operated by family and their quality cannot be described by any words. My wedding band was a very last minute, urgent request and normally it takes up to seven days to get it resized and start from scratch. However, Ahmad and his amazing Jeweler made it happen in three days. Perfectly fitted and perfectly worked on with masterful work of art. My fiancée and I was speechless and I will definitely go back ONLY to them to buy any other jewelry. Very honest and amazing at customer service. I cannot emphasize enough to everyone to give them a shot before you go out and fall under retail store rip off scheme. These people are the expert and they will make the impossible to possible for you. Shout out to Ahmad and Mr. Nazo for their hard work to make everything happen to us!

Nazo was amazing. I showed up and he walked me through the design of the perfect wedding set. From start to finish he answered all my newbie questions and fielded more questions about upgrades. The ring came out amazing and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Dale is an extremely skilled skilled educated senior Jeweler. He is excellent with his customer service and always takes the time to educate me on whatever purchase I want to make at the store. Went to America's Gold and Diamond Exchange based on reviews that I'd read. Talked with Jad. He went through a whole box of stuff with me and did a great job. Very friendly, felt safe the entire time, paid a good price. The whole process was smooth and relaxed. Will definitely come back to them with any needs in the future!

These guys are great! Bought a breitling evolution and a week later chronomat stopped working. One phone call and Mark said swing by and drop it off. A few weeks later I get a call back and it was all fixed up. Just a loose pin or something. All covered under the warranty that they offer on pre owned watches. Also they always provide great service and have friendly greeting when you walk in. Mark is high energy too and takes care of his customers. When the time comes for my next jewelry purchase I am going to swing back back by.

Stopped by here to get a necklace chain shortened. The staff was so friendly! They performed the service on the spot and at no charge. I'll be sure to check out their inventory when I'm in the market for jewelry.

Dale is great---helped me with some idea of value that I knew nothing about. Took a friend there to check if jewelry was real or not---friend very, very happy with results.Dale is sooooooooo honest and says " go somewhere else if you to check around", no high pressure---would recommend this place to everyone!!!!!!!!!!
