I was fortunate enough to meet Trae Williams right before listing my lake house. Trae and his group not only listed and sold my home after three days of showings, but helped me in so many other ways. Trae had contacts to get things done quickly, he helped me find a buyer for my jet skis, helped get my boat on the market and sold. He was a source for every need and detail during the process. I'm grateful beyond expression for Trae and the Williams group. They are honest, helpful, resourceful, timely and genuine. I'm 100% happy with the choice I made to use the Williams Group.

If I could give 20 stars I would! As first time home sellers, my wife and I were diligent in picking the right agent, but more importantly the right team. Trae and his team made us feel like their only client from the beginning- taking time to answer all of our questions and advise us on how to best position our home to get ther best price based on our timeline. Once we had a buyer, Trae updated us at every turn, letting us know what was to come (and calming our nerves). As the transaction “quarterback”, the team helped us dot I’s and cross T’s we surely would have missed. I can’t say enough about this wonderful group of people and am blessed to have worked with them on selling our first home.
