I’ve been using SPC Medical for several years now and they are truly professionals. Sandy is an angel from heaven. She always has a great attitude and is always helpful and solves my problem quickly. She goes out of her way to help me. She should be highly commended for a job well done. Thank you Sandy and thank you SPC Medical.

I cannot say enough great things about Sandy and SPC Medical. The company and especially Sandy has been nothing but responsive, timely and always having a pleasant, positive, helpful attitude.
Sandy herself is just simply the best! She has always been available to answer any question (and trust me some are quite silly) that I have concerning my father's equipment....even after hours and weekends...WHO DOES THAT??? She has many times dropped by to make quick adjustments and has also met me at her office to pick up an extra cushion...that is pretty special in these days and times. She is a great person and a great resource of knowledge in the medical equipment field. I completely trust her input, decision-making and service.

Thank You's are just not enough to describe Sandy's (SPC/DME) professionalism and relentless effort in helping my husband's recent need of a powered wheelchair. Not only that, she promptly answers to any queries or concern about the equipment, being a first time user, that puts our mind at ease...that is what I call good customer service and am truly impressed and appreciative of her.

Hats off and a huge Thank You to Sandy and the staff here at SPC. When my mother had to enter an assisted living facility Sandy went above and beyond to help us navigate the process of acquiring the best oxygen equipment. Then she helped us order a custom wheelchair for mom. The oxygen tank refills/ delivery of oxygen is an easy process and delivery is on a timely manner. SPC has been wonderful to work with and I have developed a special relationship with Sandy. This company provides excellent customer service and I will continue to do business with them as long as my mother is on this earth and when I need care. Thank you Sandy!!!

I had the experience of meeting Sandy from your company on 11/19/2019. She brought a new wheelchair to me & adjustments were made so that it was easier for me to roll around in. Sandy was such a wonderful & professional person. I can not speak more highly of her. She made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before she left. She also told me to call her if I had any problems. In today’s world, you don’t get service like that & with a great big smile as well!! Highly recommend Sandy & this company.

I have benefited from the services of SPC since 2015. I have found the employees to be professional, courteous and prompt. The equipment supplied by this company is of high quality and state of the art. I have especially been impressed with Technical Specialist Sandy. Each interaction with her has exceeded my exceptions for service. At one point shipping a forgotten power cable to my vacation destination on her own time and paying the UPS charges from her own pocket until I could reimburse her. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my oxygen equipment met my medical needs. I've never experienced this level of customer service before. It is obvious that Sandy truly cares for the health of her customers. That is why I give SPC Medical Equipment of Richardson, Texas my highest rating.

There are some places that just go above and beyond. SPC is that place, especially Sandy. I have been overwhelmed with the care decisions for my mom after her stroke. I wanted to see what it would take to get her an electric wheelchair. Sandy walked me through the whole process! Doing all of this during COVID lock downs! SPC got my mom mobile! Even the other day I had a question about her chair and Sandy seriously called and handled the question I had immediately! It's a long review. But when you are overwhelmed and need help... I can tell you to contact SPC! Sandy made me feel like I was an old friend of hers and went above and beyond!

We have used SPC for over three years for Oxygen and DME for my husband. The staff especially Sandy have always been very informative and attentive to our needs. Sandy was always good to keep us informed of deliveries and she knows the equipment she delivers and sets up for us.

I have been very fortunate to work with both sides of SPC. My mom is a patient with SPC. Everyone is so kind and considerate. My mom always relied on Sandy for any questions and concerns. Not only is she very knowledgeable she is so very compassionate and will go out of her way 110%.

Sandy is truly and life saver. Every time I call , and that's a lot, she is so responsive to my Mom's need. She truly realizes that having an aging parent with medical needs is stressful on everyone. I know they’ve all worked so hard during this pandemic and always. Absolutely the best DME company to work with EVER!

The idea of having to use oxygen was very stressful this first time. However. SPC in general and Sandy, in particular, spent the extra time to train me to be comfortable with the equipment and usage. She also suggested the Aflovest which I have been using daily to help with my recovery from bronchiectasis. I trust her and the company implicitely.

Sandi is great but the Richardson office since she left is very poor. They hang up on you and are unprofessional. The Richardson office needs to be revamped with a whole new team . Sandi is the only reason you got 4;stars.

I arrived to get fitted for my equipment. The specialist was very professional and helpful answered all my questions.She demonstrated how do use the equipment.

My husband is an oxygen patient on high flow oxygen. SPC Home Medical has terrible customer service and subpar equipment. They refuse to change out his concentrator, saying “they are all loud”. We have one now that is so loud you can hear it from any room in our large house. It is old and has cracks in it and heats up. They REFUSE to switch it out. That are a horrible company and I would never think of recommending them to anyone.
