Excellent service!!!! Was Chirstmas Eve and my two year old son and I happened into the store front by chance. The owner was very very kind. He told me that he was just about to walk out the door and close, so I told him that I was sorry and I could come back another time. He insisted that I stayed and was more then welcoming and helpful in answering my questions, opening his displays and just overall being very kind. I bought two items that my fiancé I was in love with! Told me that if she wasn't in love with them to bring her and my reception and she could exchange for other items!

I got a locket online but the chain was too long for my liking so i came here to have it shortened. The guy in there was really nice and patient. I loved my experience.

I love this place. Great for picking up a gift for someone. All price ranges. I like to drop in and spoil myself occasionally with a very affordable trinket. All styles, great selection. Very personable owner/ staff. Highly recommend.

They are super duper nice here. The gentleman that fixes watches here is quick, efficient, truthful, and is the only one I'll take to fix any issues with jewelry or watches. He just knows what he is doing.

The prices are excellent for repair as well.

Had my Rolex sized up there and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I'm going to take my other watch up there for a small repair soon. I like this business and I think you will too.

I had purchased a Citizen Disney watch with a link band. I walked in and the gentleman doing the repairs dropped his work and proceeded to remove one of the links, let me try it back on, then removed another, and now, it fits perfectly!

The cost was very, very affordable, and the service was exemplary!

I'm new to Garland and needed a watch repaired, during COVID (yikes). The store was already set up perfect for social distancing with sneeze guard around the workbench. The owner is a great guy! Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Ace's has a great selection of jewelry and there was a sale on all the jewelry! Fixed my watch good as new in a matter of minutes.

On Saturday, I brought in a wedding ring that had been screwed up by a major jewelry firm. It had just lost a diamond. After reading reviews on Ace Jewelers and Steve's customer service, I was willing to bring my ring in for evaluation. After checking it out and leaving my ring with him, with an anticipated return date of Monday, Steve called me 20 minutes before closing time stating that the ring was ready. Residing nearby, I went to pick it up. What a great job he did!!! It looked brand new! If you need a quality repair job with great customer service, go here! Steve is delightful and full of jokes! I will never go anywhere else.

I own an L. L. Bean field watch that I bought in July 1998. When the latest battery died, I took it to Batteries Plus for a replacement. The young man who installed the battery torqued down the crown so hard that it wouldn't move. While the new battery started the watch again, it was impossible to set the current date and time. I tried different techniques to free the crown and pull out the stem, but the crown wouldn't budge. Today I visited Ace Jewelry. The man on duty used some small pliers. He freed the crown, pulled out the stem, set the date and time, put the stem back in position, locked the crown, and handed me my watch. He didn't charge me! My wife and I have been looking to have our wedding rings resized. After our experience today, we're definitely going to take them there.

I have been through a lot of jewelers for repairs, and he is fast and very friendly. He is also knowledgeable and answered any question i had with out getting annoyed, it was like he was excited to help me which is rare with jewelers (many are pretentious and rude). p.s. for what it is worth i hardly EVER leave reviews unless it is really worthy of mentioning.

This is my 2nd time using Ace Jewelry repair, and today the service was excellent. I went in to have another chain fixed, and the repairmen was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He fixed my chain and gave me some info to prevent it from being broken again. Thanks for your help!
