Professional and friendly. Discussed everything at length before taking on the task of a busted pipe in a very cramped location by a door frame. Left the area cleaner than when he arrived and was very helpful helping me get a restoration company to help me with the water damage to my wood floors. Nice guy!!!

Came out on a Saturday night and we have hot water again. Excellent company stands by their work. Appreciate Chris who was very knowledgeable and kind and was sure things were right before leaving. Highly recommend

Our technician was really awesome and super knowledge. He was also extremely efficient in finishing the job we had him come out to do. I agree with a few of the other reviews stating that the pricing is a little steep, but for the level of quality customer service, I kinda get it. Will definitely be referring to friends and calling again if we run into any issues.

They came to discuss what was needed. The technician was knowledgeable and able to explain the steps needed to solve our issue. Schedule the work to be performed. The installer came prepared with all the material and tools required to quickly and efficiently to complete the work in a timely manner. Be nosey, the installer did not mind I came out several time to see what was happening and he did response to all my questions. Great Team!!

Sometimes finding a simple solution to a plumbing/fixture problem can make a huge difference in Customer Satisfaction!! Initially it appeared that my new toilet tank was not the correct replacement model for the original that cracked & I would need to purchase a new bowl and tank!! Matt from Metro Flow got down on his hands & knees, and looked at the previous install, and discovered that the new tank had simply not been adequately tightened onto the toilet bowl!! Saved significant money. Although they didn't make any money on the service call, they made me a very satisfied customer due to their honesty!! Thanks Matt.

I called for an emergency repair and the team was available and able to schedule an appointment and have a crew onsite within an hour. Everyone was professional and exhibited great customer service. I really appreciate everything they were able to do on such short notice.

Metro Flow's technician came out and accessed my issue with my kitchen faucet, took pictures and told me what he found. They do not work on problems made by other workers. They would have to do the entire faucet install from the beginning with a new faucet. I understand and completely agree. I feel If they had done this job from the beginning I would not be looking or waiting from my day in court against the first plumber. This company appears to be very reputable and I will call them again , should I ever need a plumber.

Julio Ceniceros was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns. He took the time to explain his recommendations and options. I felt very confident in his work and the company as a whole. I highly recommend Meteo Flow and Julio.

My technician Chris was great. He rebuilt two toilets that weren’t functioning well and did a very clean job on re-installation of one of them that had been wobbly and crooked.

Wonderful service from Chris when he helped us with a main line backup. He was right on time, very friendly, explained everything he was doing, and, best of all, he got the line cleared as painlessly as possible. Metro now has the coveted place on our fridge for who to call when in need of help.

We've been super happy with Metro since finding them. Only had the need to use them twice so far, but both times they were fast to respond, super friendly, and did great work. We will be using them from now on.

I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for this company after my 1st experience today. Denise, was so compassionate, caring, empathic, and very human as my 1st person of contact with this company. I was overwhelmed with feelings of not really knowing what to do about my problem. Denise, contacted me back right away with a plan to get things done today! I greatly appreciated that. I had been without running water since yesterday afternoon. Daryl, a phenomenal man who was also kind and smelled good. He did his assessment and spoke to me in detail about the plan of execution to get my pipe fixed. Upfront pricing explained before any work was to be completed. He overseen majority of the work as it was being done. His crew arrived digging within 30 mins. I was amazed by their response time. They took very good care of my grass and localized the area where they dug. Blake, came in to fix my pipe. He even showed me the actual piece replaced that was the source of my leak. I will definitely continue doing business with Metro Flow Plumbing. They are licensed, professional, honest, and on The Best Picks Reports and now I know why.

Metroflow is a very professional company to work with. The scheduling was easy and prompt. Chris the tech was quick to diagnose the issue with my tankless water heater and he was spot on to get the new part and return the next day. I am extremely pleased with workmanship . I was also offered their diamond membership which has saved me some dollars on the repair. I highly recommend Metro-flow, Inc.

We had a water leak coming from the kitchen drain, but was draining in the garage. Weird. Had to call and have an emergency consult. RJ & Ted were able to take the call late and were on site at 6pm. They were able to locate the affected pipe with camera.

Because it was late we needed to reschedule the work to be done two days out. Which was today, Christmas Eve! They came sharply at 9AM and were done by noon.

Not only that, they were able to patch and repair the wall that was cut with some scrap sheathing we happened to have. Amazing, because this is not part of their normal job. And on Christmas eve too! We probably would have had holes in the wall for a couple of weeks before we could get around to patching it. Really it saved us from having cold air coming into the house and spending money on a contractor.

Great communication and great problem solving. Above and beyond really.
