Walmart Supercenter

I normally don’t have anything positive to say about Walmart, except for they usually have what we need.
I usually try my best to avoid the one on Buckner and 30. But today, my son and I had to run in there for an emergency. As always, the place is pretty loud and crowded. But one employee there stood out to me! Miss Janet was stocking the eggs, but made sure to let everyone know that she was not too busy to help out. What stood out about this employee was just the positive energy. Her willingness not to just help customers but to pass along that positivity! I found it so touching that she would go around shaking peoples hands and wishing everyone happy holidays! She is not just an outstanding employee, but a human being. I hope Miss Janet gets recognition that she deserves! Thank You!

William at the deli provided the upmost customer service I have had in a long time. He had a wonderful attitudr was very attentive to my order and just overall great personality. Very welcoming to myself and others that were in line to get food.

I love this walmart because it has so many self checkouts... It is in a more shady area so that actually brings more safety... Obviously do not steal from any walmart... But this one would one hundred percent catch you. Employees are really friendly, but of course, you have to leave your backpack at the front. I haven't noticed any issues where there's nothing left when I went to get something... Play out is a little confusing, but when you get used to it, it's in and out!! And always check the sales rack- got men's PJ shorts Mickey Mouse for $2, & today $2.10 w tax for a body serum that would be $10/$11 w tax otherwise... And I love that they put the generic brand next to the name brand on everything from baby items, hygiene etc.

I have been coming here for 10 years I miss my beautiful friend Tori and our conversations I hope that she is doing good she's always a shining star in my heart

Great place for my daily essentials and hard upcoming projects. If I need a quick fix I count on them major of the time

In and out .But they are trying to get more seeded fruits in the store They are always kind and polite to me . Coming in and leaving out.😀

Electronics has great employees especially Daisy, she always help you & tries her best to make sure you leave satisfied and know what you’re buying she goes above and beyond. By the looks of it, it seems like she is the only worker in that area so for her to be very helpful says a lot about her !

Great pickup service, if any problems with the order, they will take care of you.

I received wonderful customer service at the Walmart Automotive Department today 3-15-23.. Aron, Blake, Charles the manager and his team assisted me greatly. I am extremely happy with the compassion and the advice that was given regarding caring for my vehicle.... I will be back soon!!

Me personally I don't like the fact that they took customer service out and you service yourself and when I say customer service not you go up there and put in your complaint or you go and exchange something which I mean you know there is really no more cashiers and a lot of people me personally I like when I'm going to a store that I'm paying for that person to be standing there waiting for me to get up front so they can start scanning everything while I'm putting on the conveyor belt so I can hurry up but they don't do that no more that's the one thing I don't like about Walmart anymore it has changed in most of the time it's like it they say you have to change for the better but I don't think how Walmart has improved anything of their store I just feel like they have only improved by putting those machines in there where you can scan and go yourself

Great location, tons of options in merchandise. A suprise buy was the Dia de los Muertos Stella Rosa bottle. Fun fact: Stella Rosa prioritizes stocking grocery stores like Walmart over liquor stores.
