Few but very helpful associates, lines were super long but also to my surprise they also moved very fast. The only thing I regret is that I lost the stone to my ring blue sapphire. My son gave me this the day of his wedding day :"( must of been while in fitting room or looking thru clothes

Was looking for a second wall art piece to match the one I purchased from another Ross earlier in the day. BINGO! Now I have a set for my new office!

Even though the place was packed ,the staff tried to go faster and they did a great job ,they opened a couple of new cashiers to check out faster 👍

Ross you are the best one of the best department stores in the world, real nice clothes always have a nice truck coming in every day always loaded with nice clothes shoes and everything what people don't have to ask when are you getting this in it's already there you have your choice to pick whatever you want. This month I've traveled to several Ross stores. The manager of the month goes to Mr. Charles. He was very professional/caring when it comes to his customers. When my girlfriend asked to use the ladies room, it was allegedly out of order. He took care of that/my friend/her mother was able to use the ladies room. The best part....Mr. Charles apparently knows how to manage a store. Not one store has had tissue paper to wrap glass items but Mr. Charles! Managers, take notes. We're coming up on the Holidays. This was my 1st time to this particular location/I purchased $95 worth of items for less. Thank you sir for displaying Core Values😊

I am a bit of a Ross addict, so I was very happy when this location opened, as it closer than any of them ever have been to my residence. I am already a regular. Kiquana already recognizes me and is always in a genuinely kind and/or happy mood. She is very patient with me as I take my time making purchase decisions based on my budget. She creates a space that feels soothing to be around. Recently, I was also having trouble finding what I needed and Nayaa helped me find it immediately- much faster than I did. As someone who has worked in retail for over 10 years, it is extremely impressive to see Nayaa's product location knowledge as I know a lot of discount stores such as Ross do not have a very specific merchandising standard- which is understandable given that products do not often come in bulk in these types of stores. I already love Nayaa and Kiquanna, and I cannot wait to see them again next time I visit.

As usual great store it has lots of brand inexpensive clothes, perishables, beauty, men's and luggage among many other articles for the house or car 😊 and most of all it has a 55 senior discount on Tuesday's I am going back tomorrow to take advantage of this discount 🤷🏻‍♂

Well organized, clean place. Plenty of staff that keep clean and well maintained their products. People are nasty but staff do their best to keep everything in order.

I was glad to see clothes on the racks and not on the floor. The line was moving slow. But other than that, it was a great experience.
