Brenda is amazing! She has so much knowledge from massage to Thai stretching to yoga and is always taking more classes to continue to learn more to help people like me with chronic head, neck, and lower back issues! She helps keep my stress headaches at bay and gives me tips for daily stretches to help my issues. She can do a great deep tissue that makes a big difference (better than the light spa massages)!

She also is wonderful with sanitization and cleaning protocols. She takes safety very seriously and has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe.

I discovered and scheduled the Thai massage session based on the Massage Book reviews. I was hoping to get a little release in the leg muscle tension/pain I have had for the last 3-4 weeks, due to restarting a regular weekly exercise routines. I hoped for a slight change in my tension/pain but the next day surprised me with about a 90% improvement/relief in the tension/pain I experienced.
In addition to the Thai massage session, I received suggestions on stretches to reduce the recurrence of future injury. I strongly recommend Brenda Bodywork.

Brenda Ovando is a talented and amazing licensed massage therapist. She effectively alleviates my pain, without fail. I prefer a deep-tissue massage and she always leaves me feeling immediate relief, for a fraction of what I have paid in the past at the spa. I enjoy the fact that she brings a portable table (with pillows for face and behind knees) to me (along with sound machine and square app for easy payment with no cash or checks)...I can have a massage in our master bedroom while my toddler daughter is napping or my husband is watching the kids the other room. Extreme relaxation without leaving the comforts of home. While I subscribe to 'the no pain, no gain' massage routine, Brenda also has a soft touch if you prefer. She did my prenatal massages when I was pregnant years ago. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend you contact her, try her out, and you'll be hooked like I am!

Thai massage is great for making your muscles feel relaxed. I actually liked it better than the regular/traditional massages I’ve been getting.
