Always have great customer service in the Service Center. Usually very busy so you must make an appt and they may need to keep your car for several days. Worth the wait for the quality and service you receive

I experienced car trouble on my way into Dallas from out of town. After a call from my home dealership, they recommended I take it to Reliable Chevrolet. Not only did they understand the urgency, they were extremely pleasant to work with and talked me through every step. They even gave me a complimentary wash and vacuum! I worked with Eddie and he was great. Very thankful.
