Action Lock Doc

Got locked out and needed help early Sunday evening. We called and Ryan was there within the hour. Super nice and did a quick job. Also made me extra keys in no time flat. I have used them over the years for locksets and keys and will continue to do so!

I just bought a used Jeep Wrangler in Plano, and it only came with one key fob... and that one was randomly unlocking the vehicle without even being touched, which is apparently a common issue. Called up these guys and they got me two new keys/fobs and programmed them no problem for a reasonable price. Great experience. Saw they have high-end safes in their showroom, too. Might have to come back for one of those come Christmas.

Needed some backup remote key fobs for a couple of vehicles that I own and had been looking for a locksmith. Stopped in to Action Loc Doc and Scott took care of me in less than 15 minutes. The pricing and service was great. I definitely recommend Action Lock Doc.

We've had our keys made here for over 10 yrs. They're awesome, kind, and professional.

I visited today because I thought the second key fob for my SUV had lost its programming. I had never used this extra fob and a couple of years ago, after changing the fob's battery, it still didn't seem to work and the local dealership was non-responsive.

I'm glad they were, because today (08/15/23), Action Lock Doc could have charged me the $50 they quoted me to restore the programming but Scott told me the key fob was just fine.
