When we first arrived to see the apartments we had Neil tour us. She was absolutely exceptional I love her customer service. I will say there is someone else who can be pretty rude at times I just don’t know her name. So far I haven’t had a bad experience with my stay. We have been here since February and it is a very call neighborhood. I have already discussed all my concerns of the state of my apartment and had management come to try and fix what they could. I am still waiting for my gate to be fixed but it’s a pretty secure place so I don’t feel to uncomfortable waiting. I have seen a lot of complaints about the elevator which is has not been fixed but that doesn’t bother me because I live on the first floor. I am pleased about the new security system because we are no longer needing the key pads devices. Like I said it’s a very calm, quiet, relaxing place and I love the space of my apartment complex .

Pleasant fragrances fill the air, and it's easy to go to stores, shops, and restaurants from the 75 freeway in just 15 minutes. I've been here for almost two years, and so far I haven't had any problems. If I do, I'll create a complaint through my application, and they will come out and fix it right away. I love to stay here

I've lived at the Greenvue Apartments in Richardson for almost 3 years now. I am always impressed with the cleanliness and care put into the grounds and landscaping. This is an ideal location that is calm and quiet and perfectly centralized to suburbs and downtown Dallas. I've really enjoyed my time here, and look forward to this next year!

absolutely in love with these apartments! i just moved back in august and i’ve never had any issues here! maintenance always fixes what ever issues we have in just one day, the office is always there helping us with whatever situation we have. i’ve never been at any apartments that love you like family like they do here! the community and all is just one of a kind, you wouldn’t regret moving here.

I really enjoyed living here, unfortunately I had to move out due to my financial struggles, but overall Cassie has been great to me, I would call and let her know about my financial situation and she understood and gave me good feedback on what to do. I just wish I didn’t screw myself I’d still be living here, it’s a great complex with easy access to get to and from work, the maintenance guys were very cool! The prices of rent weren’t bad at all in my opinion you just have to make sure you’re being responsible for your finances. But this was a great experience living here Cassie was very helpful! I strongly recommend this community to anyone!

Jasmine helped me out on my visit at this place and it was a wonderful experience. She went over and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed as well as she was very knowledgeable in the process and property.

The maintenance staff does not get enough credit and they are phenomenal. Always very punctual & work orders are done in a timely manner. They always do an amazing job !

Good morning I wanted to stop by for a second and say thank you to Cassie. We are looking for an apartment in the area and I had no idea where to even begin. We were referred by a friend to reach out to her to tour the facility and she was super informative and helpful. We come from a very small town so moving to the big city is definitely a scary step, but she got us one step closer in the right direction. It’s been kind of a nightmare, transitioning, and to have a happy knowledgeable voice answer. The phone was a breath of fresh air! We aren’t sure because of distance wise to our business if this will be the apartment for us, but we hope everybody is as awesome in our journey as Cassie was!

The complex is updated and attractive with nice amenities. The apartments are comfortable and the neighbors have been friendly. One member of the property management team in particular has consistently gone above and beyond to make my family's transition into our new home as smooth as possible and to help troubleshoot whenever we've needed help - thank you so much, Cassie!

Stellar place to call home!!! I have lived here at Greenvue going on 3 years now and I’m always happy to call this my home. From day one I have loved the management and office staff. Especially Cassie...talk about not skipping a beat!!
She has been AMAZING to work with. If I have ever had any questions regarding my apartment, she has handled everything with the most positive, caring attitude and she's genuine and real!!! The maintenance staff are knocking at your door the moment you have an issue. In no time, problems are resolved, and it's quickly back to living life again. Greenvue is so peaceful and I've never felt a reason to worry about my safety. There are so many great things to say. This isn't my first review about my experiences since I moved in 3 years ago, and I can promise, this will not be my last. I love living here at Greenvue and again, calling this my HOME!!! THANKS CASSIE!!! <3

Great experience with a great team. Miss Yolanda was so devoted to helping me. I was there all the time 😅😅 but she was always ready to help. I really love that. She help me through out the process amd Miss Cassie closed it❤. I love my new apartment. So far so good to me.

Booked a self-guided tour online here and walked into the business office since I was early. Was greeted with a smile, had wonderful customer service, was give a key to take my time previewing a unit, was shown all the other amenities, and offered to lock in a rate until I looked at other properties before signing a lease. Well run operation with no questions unanswered.

It had an aura of beauty of its own.. and the receptionist is exceptional indeed

Yolanda was very helpful and took the time to show us around. She made the process seamless and she always kind and helpful whenever we needed help. Though we had to move out sooner than expected we really enjoyed living here.

So excited for this new journey at GreenVue & Cass is the true reason for it! From my initial visit, coming close for them to close and being one of the first people she saw before having her coffee! Cass has been a delight and willing in anyway within her power. She cares for the community and it shows in how I’ve gotten to witness her interact with other long time stayers!
