My Service Advisor Alex was Great! He listened to me and made sure all of my concerned were addressed. They are under construction so everyone is in a smaller space but everyone was amazingly friendly. From the Director to the Drive Manager to the Porters and Cashiers, everyone was very nice and made sure I was taken care of.

We had been hopping all around in search of cars but our search ended here.Adriana,our salesperson was so welcoming. She helped us find a car that fit all our needs. She worked with us patiently to ensure we got the best deal.They offered us the best customer service . We love the car and I would definitely 10/10 recommend this place.

We had to take my car in for an emergency check up as it started acting weird while I was driving and Rachel was so helpful and friendly and made the entire process easy! She was kind and made sure we understood everything that they were going to do and helped set up a ride for me since I was without a car. The service was quick and effective and I got my car back the next day fully good to go with the issues handled and our regular upcoming oil change service complete! The driver was so friendly as well! We will be back!

I had issues in the past with the service department and I was to the point I was never going to return to that dealership again. However, I made one final call to the service manager he connected me with Aaron who was fantastic. She had Rachel follow through with all the promises and lo and behold everything was completed correctly. I must say that the changes in the service department have been a tremendous step forward. I am considering purchasing another vehicle now from them. As long as Brandon ,Aaron, and Rachel continue to give me the same service as they did I will be back. Thank you

My car needed an oil change and they were able to take me the same day. Others had a 3 day wait just for an oil change. Rachel was awesome in making this possible. I also got my car wash which doesn’t happen at all at the Lewisville location! I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back! 👍
