All business was done over the phone, but this company is extremely easy to deal with.

Kroger Specialties Infusion Has served me for about 10 months. I was a concerned customer was asking throughout the year, 'What this is costing?" I was told it is none of my Business, "The Insurance is Paying for it". Now January comes and come to find out I was Over Infused, more than my Dr. prescribed, imagine that, On the month I have to pay the full amount under my deductible. I am trying to find out what the insurance paid and why I was over infused, and I guess this is the standard Bait & Switch, pass this to someone else, send him another computer generated bill, turn him into collections, ruin his credit or he HAS to pay!
There are many Paramedical companies, all products sold by Kroger can be bought through many different suppliers. I will not buy Kroger again and suggest you not either.

Stay away from this pharmacy. You will get sold to the lowest bidder, dropped once you don't make payment and left without your meds. Plus its a highly disorganized company that outsources their work. You are going to get staffing nurses that don't have much experience in infusions.
