Highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism Justin Childress showed. He did an exceptional job communicating what actions he was going to take to find our leak and then made sure I was aware of the charges before he moved forward. He was able to take care of the problem on one visit for less than I imagined it would be. I will definitely be using Baker Brothers again! Highly recommend!

My experience with Bakers brother was the best! I Called in, got an estimate, and next day a plumber came over to fix the leak in the ceiling. Evan Roberts provided excellent service! He was so kind to re-explained to me almost 4x of what’s going on and was super knowledgeable about everything when I asked him about the leaking situation. He and his team fixed it within 1 hour as well!

I was hestistant to find a trusted plumber but Baker company did a fantastic job with everything from scheduling, to clear transparent pricing, and provided detailed explanations. My visit with Baker Brothers technician, CODY HOYL, to inspect my existing 50 gal. gas (50 G), 40,000 BTU water heater just wrapped.

Cody was courteous and thorough during his inspection and confirmed information about the unit, that was mentioned yesterday from the plumber who installed its gas control four years ago.

Upon confirming the necessary next step with me; items that will need to be removed/ replaced; and the type of reconnection to be applied, Cody promptly confirmed a "next up" appointment today with his home office. He then explained that Baker Brothers will send one of their two-person crews to install a new 50 G unit, whose price covers parts, labor, city permit, AND a 12-year transferrable warranty.

I'm a new customer, who recently canceled a very positive 20+ year member-experience with American Home Shield due to increased monthly membership dues, and I am VERY pleased to have found that same degree of positive experience with Baker Brothers.

Both my family and I anxiously anticipate installation of a new 50 G unit so that our home can, once again, have heated water.

The Baker Brothers 2-technician team just completed installation of my new 50 G water heater. They were self sufficient and as courteous and professional as Cody, who stated, it would take them under one hour for the job. It was. Only thing they asked my assistance with was turning on both of the hot & cold faucets during removal of the old unit, then turning them off before turning on the hot water faucet in the master bath tub while water filled up the new unit.

After technician/plumber, “Caleb A.”, signed and dated the Emergency Shut Down Instructions’ sticker on the unit, he lit the gas pilot light; set the gas control knob to ‘A’ setting; and said to give it 45-60 minutes to heat up the water.

Only thing left is a visit from the city for inspection next week to tie a bow on this. Can’t wait!

He only told me his first name, MATTHEW. Very polite and professional. He was very mature and knowledgeable. Matthew was like our Guardian Angel, taking care of our complex problems. I always have great service with Baker Brothers. The guys who have come to my home are always respectful. They are efficient with their time as well. Cody was great! He explained what was wrong, how he would fix it, showed me his work after he fixed it and asked if I had any questions. As always I will continue to use them!

Had Baker Brothers air technician Chris Bieber at our home today for the annual inspection of our AC unit. He was very thorough and did a great job of explaining everything he found during the inspection. No absorbent/extra unexpected charges. Chris was working at our home for at least 90 minutes and only $59 for his work. Chris was very professional and very personable. It was a pleasure having him at our home. Thanks, Chris! You were awesome!

I had a couple of ceiling fans just hanging around and no time to install myself, so I called Baker Brothers and they did not disappoint. This was a transparent and painless process from start to finish. My electrician, Tyler D., was professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. Great work at the right price from the right people for the job!

An AWESOME experience all around!!! Everyone is always leery when they have to call a Plumber and the company my Home Warranty Company send out to deal with my major water leak ( 2 Gallons a minute) was so shady I didn’t even want them in my house. I recently had an AC tune-up done by Baker Brothers, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. David Juanes, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure my AC was running perfectly. I highly recommend Baker Brothers for their excellent service and friendly staff. Five stars!

Landon was great. Personable, wore shoe covers when he was in the house. He listened to our A/C issues and fixed it so both of our A/C units are working fantastically keeping the house cool in hot muggy weather. We were having problems with one of the units but he went the extra mile and checked both and replaced old capacitors.
Previous repair person never really fixed the issue we were having and wanted to sell us duct cleaning when we had just had them cleaned 2 years ago.

Had a great experience with Tyler. All my exterior landscape lighting had stopped working. Got a quote for replacing all the lighting that was way outside the budget for right now, but Tyler was able to get the existing lighting back in working order for a reasonable amount and offered a lot of helpful information for a few diy improvements. Will definitely call again.

Richard is one of the best a/c technicians at Baker Brothers. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about what he does. He took the time to explain how and why my a/c was acting the way it was to be on an after hours shift. Baker Brothers always has great and knowledgeable technicians but this was my first experience with after hours. As always I will be a Baker Brothers customer. And lastly thank you to the Night Manager Tommy who was so nice to explain to me about my a/c situation. He was patient, kind, and said he would be on standby to help me with any questions about my situation through the night. Thank you all again.

This was my second time using Baker brothers to replace a toilet. I also used them to look at my hot water heater. They are so easy to use (I love signing up electronically) and they are professional and on time. It’s also great how they send a picture of your technician. I appreciate that.
