I had forgot something in the store and I was about to take off , one of the cashier's came out and reminded me , great store , very clean . Staff is always nice great customer service .

I never stop here because gas is always more expensive than other stations in the area. Today I was too low on gas leaving work and had to. Fill-up of a small SUV took 18 minutes!! That's insane. Slowest pump in the world. The quick-trip down the road takes less than 5. Skip this place if you can!!!!

I went there to buy some groceries, the lady cashier was on the phone and didn't care about my payment and started yelling at me that not to put my phone number for rewards. She was very rude. whenever I go to this store she was with the phone. dont care about customers at all. The time was about 8.45 pm.

I bought 3 items and the cashier charged me for 3 items...wen i showed her what she had done she refused to return my money and told me to come back in the morning to speak to her manager. I kept trying to explain to her what she had done but she insisted that the transaction was correct . she wouldnt even look at the receipt . Its not the first time she has over charged me. Pay attention when these ladys scan your items at this location ..they work in the evenings. Apparently once she charges you theres nothing she can do. Its not cool to steal peoples money.

Went in into the store to get a hotdog only to see flies all over them. I know its not there fault flies go in the store but at least remove those and put fresh ones. When the cashier asked uf i wanted one i showed her the flies all she said was ok. Walked to the store today to get some drinks but the store was closed . But it says the store is open 24 hours. I dont know about everyone else but i like to accumulate points for the discounts but the cashiers at night never give me a chance to put my number.

This store is a shameful disgrace to the southland corporation..no coffee..when I inquired she told me nobody buys it on Sunday...then she lies to me and tell me it's all the same ..so your 7 blend is the same as your breakfast blend? so there lying to us all? Consumer fraud is the words your looking for...however I'm going to say mam..your just that lazy...!!! ATM never works either and she continues to try to cheat you out of your money....I gave twenty for two coffees she gave me 55cents..smh..give me my money mam

The sign says they're open 24 hours but when we showed up for some much needed oil at 4:10am the doors were locked. Then a man behind the counter stuck his hand out a wiNdow and signaled that they open at 5am. Which strikes me as incredibly strange due to the fact that since when does 7-11 close??

Bought a pizza here and the bottom was black but wasn't burnt, so I know they don't clean they're oven like it's supposed to be cleaned, it tasted absolutely disgusting. I also bought a fettuccine Alfredo from here, it wasn't expired, and it gave me food poisoning.

The man said I open at 5 ...he let me in but was mad and made me wait at the counter to pay gas I was there at 4 am he said No I open at 5 am ...was quiet but made me wait to pay while he was at the food area he had nothing to take out of the oven ...i told him I wouldn't be back at this time again or at all for that matter

Broken Air pump & wouldn’t refund the 1.50 wasted on trying to use it. The woman behind the counter couldn’t even look me in the eye when she said she wouldn’t refund the money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
