They were helpful getting my mom the supplies she needed. Mr. Johnson helped my to get her power wheelchair. All in all they are great.

This place is the most horrible experience I have ever had. My sister is disabled and living with me and has a hospital bed that was delivered to my home. The motor broke on it and needed to be replaced.this went on for several weeks until Medicare had to get involved to make them pick the bed up. I was at work when the man named JOSHUA CAME TO PICK THE BED UP. Now how professional is it to scream and yell at a 64 year old disabled woman on oxygen. I called to talk to the owner and explain my frustration only to be hung up on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PHARMACY.THERE ARE TOO MANY PHARMACIES IN RICHARDSON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. PLACES LIKE THIS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE
