We were very desperate to get our son’s passport renewed/new passport before we could travel abroad. I only noticed a week before our travel date that his passport had only 5 months validity and the foreign country that we were to travel had a 6-month passport validity rule. We exhausted all the possible ways to get a new passport for him within that week and AA passport and visa expedited services was just another try. But to my surprise Abdul Jabar agreed to try to get an appointment at Dallas passport office. I felt as though God had sent his angel to me when I had no way. As agreed, Abdul was able to get us an appointment and we were able to get a new passport for our son. He explained the process to us and updated us each time with the progress in getting the appointment. He did all the paperwork for us and was very courteous. I would surely recommend Abdul and AA passport services to whoever in need.
