The people in this office should be put in charge of the entire VA. No joke. This office is top notch. They were extremely helpful, kind, patient and competent. After getting the run around on the phone calling the National VA number 12 times this office helped me clear up my issues quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommended.

The two gentlemen at this location deserve recognition for their passion and concern when helping veterans. Thank you for all you do.

Went in needing to retrieve some records, expected it to be the typical DMV-type agony. Quite the opposite, the friendly and respectful representative helped me quickly and told me exactly what I needed to do to get what I needed. Great office! I'll keep them in mind in case I'll need to do more admin work with the VA again.

We needed a new printing vender and JHP offered our business a better price, service, and created a superior product.

First time I have ever visited the VA. I was expecting an experience similar to visiting the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), but was pleasantly surprised by a very friendly, fast and efficient visit! I was in and out faster than a Chic-fil-let drive thru! Both VA representatives at the front desk were super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was so nice that I actually look forward to going back.

Would've never knew this place existed until I needed to visit. It is small, but for the purposes of filing your claims, they are quick and efficient, especially if you have all of your paperwork in order beforehand.

Alway helpful. Short to no wait. Helped me get my claim done in a reasonable amount of time and actually helped me increase my claim on issues I was unaware of. Can't recommend more highly.

Very nice people. It's a Federal building though so you can't bring your CCW or pocket knife.
