This was my first visit to this office. I was scheduled on an emergency basis in order to see me. They were very pleasant, professional and helpful from the beginning to the end. For me, the receptionist is the most important part of the team to make the patient feel comfortable and she didn’t disappoint! My entire family will be returning as regular patients !

Through my own fault, I was late. However, everyone was very cordial and did not make me very uncomfortable about it. The office is very clean and very nicely decorated. The people could not have been nicer. I was very impressed with the group.

I left this dentist approximately 3 years ago for the convince of having a dentist close to where I live. I decided to return to Dr. Christy Caffey-Earle and I am very happy I did.She has done quite a bit of work on my teeth over the years and I couldn't be happier with her professional, pleasant " bed-side" manner. Her office and complete staff are incredible. I highly recommend Smiles by Design.

Most recently they saw me within hours when I was having a severe tooth issue. It is always very comforting to have such a great place to turn to for all dental needs.

Awesome place! staff is so nice and they take care of you. They have blankets if you get cold which I am always cold. Every person that works there from the girl at the front desk to the Dentist are all so friendly. Makes you want to come back because they care.
