Love the ease of use, multiple positions to open, light and clean look. After two weeks, one blind froze. Provider diagnosed, factory defect, ordered replacement part and Adam did the re-installation in less than 10 minutes. Perfect experience.

Vincent is quite knowledgeable about the Hunter Douglas products. The process for roller shades was professional and detailed. We had a few glitches after the installation of our automated shades and Vincent was responsive. Unfortunately, the time line to get repairs done are not totally under the company's control and it could take a couple of weeks for the installers to free up to come to your home for a repair.

Stay away. There were issues with the installation. Shouldn't have been a big deal, we were told that they would be fixed in 2 weeks. Vince stopped returning my phone calls about them. I had to contact Hunter Douglas directly to get the problem fixed almost 2 months later. Completely unprofessional man. Don't give him your business.
