I didn't expect such a nice place within a city. The lake is so beautiful. It has two side. In one side water is shallow, can swim, has picnic tables, grounds for playing, can go for fishing. On the other side, it's deep and can do kayaking, boating etc. The day we went, was very windy. Has restroom and enough parking spot. Entrance fee was $15/vehicle. I liked this place very much.

Beautiful place to go with family and friends. We tried to fish something, not even a rock is a beautiful place the water is clear the view is great. The day we went there we didn't have to pay for the entrance so we had a great day for free at this amazing place. I saw people kayaking and having fun in the water. It's really easy to get to this place there's a lot of parking available for you to choose and they have barbecue areas, I think we are planning to buy land when they use area just to be close to the lake and have a beautiful view, build a new house vacation house something else we really like this place so we are planning to go there at least once every month because we want to be a lot off memories on this beautiful lake one of the things that we saw was there is a mobile home in the middle of the lake on a small island in the middle of the lake it looks really nice I think that is the owner of the land on this area he put that mobile home in the middle of the lake that was a great idea you have to go there to see how beautiful this place is and if there's something you like to come and let me know because I really like it if you don't like it you are an alien this place should be this is it but everybody in San Antonio

Gets busy on the weekends. Long deep boat ramp for the public to launch from. Lots of space and bbq pits. Even waters low at the lake you can launch you jet ski or boat easy here.

If you havent gone, you have to. The hills/turns scared me with my boyfriend driving but, once we got closer to the lake it was a very wonderful site. The arrival was spectacular and extreme beauty in person. You got to visit and for the one's that have. Pass on the experience 😊

I've never been to this Lake before. Besides the wind, it was super cool. We got a huge discount, which was great and everyone there was really chill and laid back. Just a breath of fresh air from all this Covid business. Also... no masks.

This place was perfect for our family gathering. It's pet friendly, kid friendly, BBQ friendly, the Sheriff and park ranger were constantly driving around to make sure people were being safe. The water is clean and easy to access. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake all day.

Medina Lake was still very low in the summer of 2021. However it's still a beautiful place to visit.

A great place to launch your boat. It can get a little crowded so get there early of you want to beat the crowd. You can't beat the launch fee and they also have an annual pass which is a great deal if you plan on launching throughout the season. There is a gentleman working there named Travis who is always helpful. Travis has even taken the time to park our truck and trailer when it's been busy.

Beautiful lake. Great place to take the kids swimming. Water level is low due to lack of rain.

If you go early you can get a pretty good spot. They charge steep but if you're going to be there a while it's worth it.
