flow. Yoga

I started attending classes at flow. about 4 months ago. It is the first yoga studio I have ever been to, and I have felt right at home since my first class. I would recommend flow. to anyone and everyone, it is a transformative place with some of the best people you will ever meet.

flow. is such a welcoming environment for all levels of yoga. It feels like home. I’ve been a member for over a year and a half, and I have enjoyed each practice. Nikki and all of the instructors are very warm and accepting. 100% recommend flow.

I was a little timid about trying yoga in a studio but decided to try Flow and was not disappointed. I was greeted with open arms, smiling faces, and calm voices. I have not once felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. I love their atmosphere, practice, cold essential oil rag, and shoulder rubs. All the classes are amazing but I highly suggest Yin. It’s so relaxing. I actually crave it.

Starting this summer I have been able to attend more classes with various teachers. Every class with every teacher is welcoming, accepting and supportive. No judgment regardless of age, shape or experience level. I have always loved Tu/Th yin yoga with Nikki and am certainly enjoying my new adventures on the mat!

I love Flow. I have been a member for just over a month and go 4 times a week. I came in brand new to yoga and have found nothing but acceptance and encouragement as I continue to learn the art. I can’t compare it to other studios obviously, not having visited any, but my experience at Flow has been 100% positive.

I hadn’t practiced yoga in a studio in a bit, and all the instructors have been so great at helping me get back into the flow of it. Everyone is nice and all the instructors are super different. I like the vibe and all the people I’ve met there have been super nice. I will definitely keep going.

I was intimidated as an introvert and beginner to walk into a yoga studio, but from day one the instructors made me feel right at home. They greet me by name and have been so helpful on my journey. I have learned so much and feel like I am part of a family. Absolutely zero judgement for all shapes, sizes, gender and skill level. flow. is my happy place.

I love everything about this place- the instructors, the atmosphere, and the flow we all create together. Whatever I need to re-center, I find it here; a fire to burn down what is unhelpful, or a quiet space to grow into something higher. No matter who is leading, I know I will be encouraged to reach for my best self, whether through affirmations or a little extra time in chair pose 😝 There is space for everyone’s mat at Flow. (and one to borrow if you don’t have your own.)

10/10 would recommend, have taken many friends and will keep doing so! I have been going here since they opened and you can't keep me away! Everyone is so welcoming, respectful, and kind! I followed many of these instructors from a different studio that closed down to here just because they are THAT GOOD and I am happy to have met even more of them since flow. Yoga's opening! Plus you can't beat the price its so affordable, especially $5 yoga night on Mondays, which is what hooked me in when I first started. They have encouraged and motivated me to get much farther than I ever thought I'd get. They seriously changed my life in the most positive ways and continue to do so!

I have really enjoyed our leader,Nikki. She is so compassionate and caring and makes the experience great. She has a calm voice and is so encouraging. I have totally enjoyed her classes.

I LOVE Flow. Yoga! They are very accepting of all types of people. If you've never done yoga a day in your life and you want to start, then this is the place for you!!! And if you are super experienced and want to challenge yourself, then this is also the place to go. Yoga changed my life forever and I have all the instructors at Flow to thank for that!

Absolutely love the atmosphere here. Genuine instructors that teach empowering flows and give reminders to practice for your yoga body, no matter what that may be. Truly affordable while integrating the passion and love of yoga in every flow. Highly recommend.

LOVE this yoga studio! The instructors are knowledgable, thoughtful, professional and welcoming. The facility is amazing! The padded floors are kept clean and there are plenty of clean bolsters and blocks for everyone. The decor is modern and calming. ZERO complaints!

Such a wonderful place.I am so greatful for Nikki . She has the sweetest and kindest spirit .I find comfort and positive and encouragement. It has improved the quality of my life I just can’t get enough !

The instructors at flow. have captured the meaning of the name in every practice! I love that while this does provide a workout, it is so much more. Instructors are very helpful and everyone is very friendly. It is a part of my weekly routine I look forward to each week!

Nikki and the instructors at Flow are awesome, and each experience is unique. Yoga at Flow is the perfect way to melt away the stress of the day. 10/10.
